#1 [shakes head] Maybe we will and maybe we won't. Couldn't Champ, instead of returning to his golf game, have promised this bounty, on the TeeVee? Who would've told him, "No"? I suppose that'd be 'leadership'.

#2 Have we ever paid any of these multimillion buck bounties? We should have paid the Seal team who got bin Laden the high bounty on his head. Likewise with some of the other big turbans.

#3 Why not just spend the 10 mill up front and have some guys whacked. We don't even have to do it ourselves. I'm sure Mahmood the Weasel knows somebody who knows somebody.
