#1 Wehell, technically speaking, the Bammer + SecState Jaawhn Kerry's Nuke Deal wid Iran has NOT been formally approved by the US Congress, ergo Iran technically has the right or option to expand its NucFacs or NucProgs until such time the deal is approved.

IT PUTS THE ANTI-OBAMA GOP-RIGHT + ALIGNED INA QUANDRY VEE IRAN - EITHER THE CONGRESS APPROVES A BAD OR DEFECTIVE NUCLEAR DEAL, OR WATCH IRAN EXPAND ITS NUCLEAR CAPABILITIES IN THE MEANTIME.

And until such time the Congress does approve the Deal, it is also highly unlikely the Bammer = USA will undertake any MilAction to stop Iran from de facto expanding its NucFac or NucProgs.

THE BALL, THEN, IS WID IRAN-N-ONLY-IRAN TO STOP ITS NUKE EXPANSIONISMS, NOT FOR THE BAMMER ADMIN = USA TO STOP THEM.
