#6 It seems to me that the current honourable secretary of state is doing no more than mouthing the words of his boss, the president. Granted, the intelligent and honourable thing to do would have been to publicly resign rather than present the Qatari demands to Israel as his own work, but he's The Second Smartest Man In The Room, poor dear, even without being outranked by The Smartest, etc.
