#1 schools run by the U.N. relief agency UNRWA.

I wonder how much of UNRWA's budget and personnel are tied up in the whole paleo-mess. Not that I'm suggesting they have a vested interest in seeing this drawn out as long as possible.

Let's google! Hmmm. UNRWA is actually the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in the Near East. OK, so they may be a little invested.

I can't find any numbers on their site for headcount, but "The regular UNRWA budget for 2013 was US$ 675 million."
