#5 I recall a case where Saudi police had terrorists surrounded, and then let them slip away. No wonder half of their F16s are grounded at any one time.

The Saudis don't have -16s - they fly the F-15S, a software-crippled version of the Eagle, along with a variant of the Strike Eagle. On the other hand, their airworthiness is superb, mainly because they have former USAF and USN maintenance people there on contract doing the heavy lifting.
