Hillary is a Globalist, wants to dissolve USA national sovereignty in favor of "rules-based international order." Sure. So Kagan is just going home. #10 The Project for the New American Century closed down in 2006. Kagan and Kristol then founded the Foreign Policy Initiative in 2009. Kagan has since moved far to the left, while Kristol is thrashing around wondering, like Custer, what happened to his troops. Both are insignificant.
