#4 Iblis, I would expect that within days, if not hours, someone will file suit against the law, since it is supposed to be a Federal responsibility to enforce immigration laws. The states aren't supposed to do that.

IIRC, that is one of the reasons Sheriff Joe got into trouble for trying to enforce federal laws.

So, someone will file suit, probably in Hawaii, to block enforcement of the Florida law.

#5 Like many of these laws, it has no teeth. Such cities should be held to be in a state of insurrection against the Federal government and the military sent in to restore order and remove the rebellious governments.

Then we can watch the hangings.
