#1 Doesn't matter. Is there a law against being elected and serving from prison? And I doubt she'll be convicted of anything, anyway. They are just trying to get the bad news out early, so it's got time to be old news.

Nor do I. If anything, a pardon for unspecified 'errors or irregularities' prior to the Champ leaving office. This would cut the trail of anything leading back to him, or certainly inhibit the hunt. They [the Beast and the BJ] will escape justice, just like they have for decades.

Eight more years of a Clinton in the White House is indeed a sobering thought however. Perhaps the Almighty will intervene in our behalf.
