#1 Russia should work with China and show off their stuff. Put a nuclear reactor of some kind in orbit to power the thing, use Orion nuclear blast drives to put massive amounts of payload into space. Do all the stuff the west can't do because of the environmentalists...

Or make pronouncements every once in awhile and fail to follow through (because nobody checks anyway).

And, in parallel wid various so-called
"Hypersonic" andor "Tranformer" technology demonstrators.

Truth be told, iff the test platforms or assets I've been seeing lately over GUAM is any measure, methinks its safe to say the US is already moving well-past "hypersonic" levels???
