#2 You'd think they'd learn. The American system is not linear, buy cyclic. They played this game in '76 with Carter to the point of the disastrous adventure in Afghanistan creating the 'interesting' world we now have. Chechnya just a barrel of fun isn't it Putie? Carter begets Reagan. How'd that work out for Moscow in the end. Take the opportunity when the taking is good.
