#2 As per GUAMPDN, USDNI Chief Clapper believes that Putin was-n-remains NOT interested in conquering the whole of Ukraine, only in securing Russia's strategic access in and around the Sea of Azov to its newly annexed Crimean Peninsula - in a worst-case, Clapper believes Russia or its Separatist Proxies won't launch any new major attack agz Kiev until the Spring.

IMO RUSSIA COVERTLY WANTS THE NATO-THREATENED BUILDUP IN EASTERN EUROPE + BALTICS, as a means of keeping Turkey + Germany under strict International = UNO, NATO-EU overwatch + control, + espec vee protecting still struggling Russia from the Hard Boyz i.e. the still-growing ISIS/ISIL + AL-NUSRA.

A "SUFFICIENTLY" MIL STRONG, BUT NOT
"EXCESSIVELY" STRONG OR DOMINATING UKRAINE INCLUD BENIGN NATO-EU MIL PRESENCE IS FINE WID DARTH VLAD.
