#11 I mean... in my mind, the most logical solution would be to remove her from the "refugee" camp and execute her rather than continue this ridiculous discussion in the first place. Whether or not she should legally be allowed to return if she remains alive, she should be killed for her crimes, so the point is moot. Or should be.
