#3 claims the FBI are involved in illegal activity, illegal leaks.
It certainly seems that someone in some agency was, and apparently several people in multiple agencies were; the leaks of Flynn's phone call(s) with Russia were almost certainly illegal (just the monitoring of them may have been, since at the time he was not a government official and I doubt a FISA warrant was obtained.)

There's nothing surprising about what they're saying. They're royally pissed and coiling to strike. This is the rattle to let us know they're dangerous.
