#3 I still say the UK should buddy up to us. You know, they're bigger than Rhode Island, they could be a state, we'll let Scotland be it's own state too. Not sure about Ireland. Maybe if they behave.

Start with a free trade agreement with England and extend it east to those who want to pursue economic growth and strong defence. Downgrade relations with France and her courtiers who are headed down towards civil war and extinction.
