How A Plea Reversal From Michael Flynn Could Uncover More Federal Corruption
[The Federalist] On Friday, Judge Emmet Sullivan issued an order in United States v. Flynn that, while widely unnoticed, reveals something fascinating: A motion by Michael Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea based on government misconduct is likely in the works.

Just a week ago, and thus before Sullivan quietly directed Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team to provide Flynn’s attorneys "any exculpatory evidence," Washington Examiner columnist Byron York detailed the oddities of Flynn’s case. The next day, former assistant U.S. attorney and National Review contributing editor Andrew McCarthy connected more of the questionable dots. York added even more details a couple of days later. Together these articles provide the backdrop necessary to understand the significance of Sullivan’s order on Friday.

What’s Happened in the Michael Flynn Case So Far To recap:

On November 30, 2017, prosecutors working for Mueller charged former Trump national security advisor Flynn with lying to FBI agents. The following day, Flynn pled guilty before federal judge Rudolph Contreras. Less than a week later ‐ and without explanation ‐ Flynn’s case was reassigned to Judge Emmet G. Sullivan.

One of Sullivan’s first orders of business was to enter a standing order, on December 12, 2017, directing "the government to produce to defendant in a timely manner ‐ including during plea negotiations ‐ any evidence in its possession that is favorable to defendant and material either to defendant’s guilt or punishment." Sullivan’s standing order further directed the government, if it "has identified any information which is favorable to the defendant but which the government believes not to be material," to "submit such information to the Court for in camera review."

Sullivan enters identical standing orders as a matter of course in all of his criminal cases, as he explained in a 2016 Cardozo Law Review article: "Following the Stevens case, I have issued a standing Brady Order for each criminal case on my docket, updating it in reaction to developments in the law." A Brady order directs the government to disclose all exculpatory evidence to defense counsel, as required by Brady v. Maryland. The Stevens case, of course, is the government’s corrupt prosecution of the late senator Ted Stevens‐an investigation and prosecution which, as Sullivan put it, "were permeated by the systematic concealment of significant exculpatory evidence. . . ."

#1  Lemme see now, Wray resigns to 'spend more time with family.' Pompeo goes over and takes FBI. Flynn returns to backfill Pompeo.

#7  Well, there is the little matter of the FD-302 that Strzok prepared to document his "interview" with Flynn.

I vaguely remember that a question came up about those 302's being either inaccurate or deliberately miss leading as to the contents of the "interview." There has been some buzz that the lying to the FBI is based upon these 302's which may be hinky and not worth the paper they are written on.

Sessions: FBI's Handling Of The Dossier ‘Will Be Investigated' (video)
[Daily Caller] Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Sunday that the Department of Justice is investigating whether the FBI submitted accurate information about the infamous Steele dossier in order to obtain a surveillance warrant against former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.
Remaining still for the photograph was probably no great challenge.
"Are you, sir, investigating the fact that the FBI used the dossier to get a wiretap against Trump associates and they did not tell the FISA court that the Democrats and Hillary Clinton paid for the dossier?" Maria Bartiromo, the host of Fox News’ "Sunday Morning Futures," asked Sessions.

"Let me tell you, every FISA warrant based on facts submitted to that court have to be accurate," he replied.
"That will be investigated and looked at, and we are not going to participate as a Department of Justice in providing anything less than a proper disclosure to the court before they issue a FISA warrant. Other than that, I’m not going to talk about the details of it, but I tell you, we’re not going to let that happen."

Sessions did not provide additional detail about the investigation, which has been urged by Republican lawmakers.

Hillary Campaign Colluded With British Labourites
[Spectator] Foreign nationals swarmed swing states at invitation of Clinton campaign.

Amid the news that Special Counsel Robert Mueller has indicted 13 Russians charged with trying to influence an American election? The American Spectator has been tipped to a damning article published in Buzzfeed UK two days before the 2016 election. An article that documents in detail a stunning fact. The BuzzFeed UK headline:

Lots Of British People Are In The US Campaigning For Hillary Clinton

Good luck finding any British volunteers working on the Donald Trump campaign.

In what the Mueller indictments clearly state is a violation of U.S. law, the Hillary Clinton campaign was specifically inviting “at least 70 British Labour activists” to campaign for Clinton in Charlotte, North Carolina. And North Carolina wasn’t the only swing state of the 2016 campaign to get visits from British Leftists at the behest of the Clinton campaign.

Ted Cruz - Trump's Wingman
[Dallas Morning News, snippets] One thing Sen. Ted Cruz isn’t doing as he seeks a second term is running away from the president. Despite a checkered history, the Texan boasts about his access and influence on matters ranging from taxes to the Paris Climate Accord.

"I spent a lot of time urging President Trump to pull out of that deal," he recounted. "I spent 45 minutes on Air Force One saying, `Mr. President, this is killing jobs and it’s bad for our economy.'"

The day after Trump announced his decision, Cruz continued, "he calls me on my cellphone. He says, 'Well, Ted, I did it, what do you think?’ ... I told him, `Mr. President, everyone who hates you is ticked off and everyone who loves you is thrilled.’"

Vice President Mike Pence vouched for Cruz at a Dallas County GOP dinner Saturday night.

"He's worked shoulder to shoulder with this president, every step of the way," Pence said, calling him "one of the most clarion, unapologetic and courageous conservative voices in the United States of America. President Trump and I want to make sure you send Senator Ted Cruz back to the United States Senate in 2018."

At Buzzie's BBQ in Kerrville, under the watchful eyes of 20 or so mounted heads of deer, buffalo and other game, Cruz was talking up border security when a woman shouted "Build the wall!" ‐ a signature Trump promise.

"Amen," Cruz shot back, upping the ante by reminding her that he’d proposed legislation to use assets seized from drug kingpins to pay for Trump’s wall.

The president of the Kendall County Republican Women in Boerne, said Trump remains popular in Texas, so it’s only natural for Cruz to hug him close.

"Texans are elated about what he’s doing for America," she said.

She pointed to Cruz’s success on 529 [college savings] plans as an example of ability to navigate Congress, after an early start as an outcast.

And she has absolutely no concern that he might fall to a Democrat in 2018.

"This," she noted, "is Texas
