[AnNahar] British aid worker David Haines was a former military man who spent years helping the neediest in warzones, but his dedication led to him becoming the latest hostage to be beheaded by Islamic State faceless myrmidons in Syria.
To his family, the 44-year-old was a loving father, husband and what his brother described on Sunday as "just another bloke" who could be the life and soul of the party, but they said he was "most alive" when working in the toughest of circumstances.
Haines, a father of two children, trained with the Royal Air Force (RAF) and worked with relief agencies in the Balkans, Libya, South Sudan and Syria. He was working in Syria for the Gay Paree-based NGO Acted when he was seized by faceless myrmidons in March 2013, along with an Italian colleague, Federico Motka.
Motka was freed in May but there was no news of Haines until he was threatened in a video released this month showing the beheading of U.S. journalist Steven Sotloff.
It subsequently emerged that Britannia tried unsuccessfully to rescue Haines, and just on Friday his family had appealed directly to the faceless myrmidons holding him to contact them. But IS made good on its threat and Haines has become the third Western hostage to be beheaded in a month.
In a statement, his brother Mike said he had been "murdered in cold blood". He said he would be "missed terribly", and recalled a loving childhood growing up with his brother, with holidays in caravans and tents and youthful japes.
"David was like so very many of us, just another bloke," he said.
"David was a good brother, there when I needed him and absent when I didn't. I hope that he felt the same way about me.
"He was, in the right mood, the life and soul of the party and on other times the most stubborn irritating pain in the ass. He would probably say the same about me."
Haines was born in 1970 in Yorkshire in northern England but moved to Scotland as a child, attending school in Perth. He worked for the Royal Mail postal service before joining the Royal Air Force (RAF) as an aircraft engineer. With the military he worked in "various positions covering security and threat assessments in a number of different countries", according to his online CV.
It was during a posting in the Balkans that he began to turn towards humanitarian work, which he would go on to do in brief bursts between work as a security consultant.
"He helped whoever needed help, regardless of race, creed or religion," Mike Haines recalled.
He added: "David was most alive and enthusiastic in his humanitarian roles.
"His joy and anticipation for the work he went to do in Syria is for myself and family the most important element of this whole sad affair."
He left the RAF and after a stint with Scottish railway company, Scotrail, went to work for the German group Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund, which carried out post-war reconstruction work in Croatia.
In 2011, he worked in Libya as head of mission for Handicap International, which helps disabled people in poverty and conflict zones around the world. The following year, he was in South Sudan with the US group Nonviolent Peaceforce, which deploys unarmed civilians as unofficial "peacekeepers" in conflict zones.
In a statement, Nonviolent Peaceforce said Haines "saved many people's lives through his good work", adding that they were "outraged by his brutal murder".
Haines was married twice, first to his childhood sweetheart Louise. They had a daughter, Bethany, now a teenager of whom he was "exceptionally proud", his brother said. In 2010 Haines married Dragana Prodanovic, a Croatian woman with whom he had a four-year-old daughter, Athea.

[Ynet] Algeria's Caliphate Soldiers led by Khaled Abu Suleimane break from al Qaeda, join ISIS; significant attacks considered unlikely.
A new gang calling itself the Caliphate Soldiers in Algeria has split from al Qaeda's North African branch and sworn loyalty to the radical breakaway group Islamic State fighting in Syria and Iraq.
A breakaway of key Algerian commanders from al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, known as AQIM, would show deepening rivalry between al Qaeda's core command and the Islamic State over leadership of the transnational Islamist militancy.
In a communiqué, AQIM central region commander Khaled Abu Suleimane, whose real name is Gouri Abdelmalik, claimed leadership of the new group, joined by an AQIM commander of an eastern region in Algeria, where the al Qaeda wing has its base.
"You have in the Islamic Maghreb men if you order them they will obey you," Suleimane said in reference to His Supreme Immensity, Caliph of the Faithful and Galactic Overlord, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi ...formerly merely the head of ISIL and a veteran of the Bagram jailhouse. Looks like a new messiah to bajillions of Moslems, like just another dead-eyed mass murder to the rest of us... , the leader of the Islamic State. "The Maghreb has deviated from the true path."
The communiqué was posted on jihadi websites. Algerian officials did not immediately comment on the statement.
The Algeria splinter group is the latest to side with Baghdadi over al Qaeda's aging chieftain Ayman al-Zawahri, as the Islamic State appeals to younger Death Eaters with successes in gaining territory in Iraq and Syria.
Baghdadi, who has declared himself "Caliph" or head of state, fell out with al Qaeda in 2013 over its expansion into Syria, where his followers carried out beheadings, crucifixions, and mass executions.
For some Death Eaters, Islamic State's creation of a jihadi bastion spanning western Iraq and eastern Syria, and its strong online presence, compare with al Qaeda's failure for almost a decade to carry out a major attack in the West.
North African jihadists
Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb is just one of the fractured Death Eater groups operating in North Africa, which has been a source of thousands of young fighters travelling from Libya, Tunisia and Morocco to Syria and Iraq.
Algeria, which itself recovered from a decade of conflict against its own Islamist fighters during which some 200,000 people died, is a strong US ally in its fight against Death Eaters in the region.
But experts said the announcement will likely not have a major operational impact on the ground as AQIM has been focused on the Sahel region ... North Africa's answer to the Pak tribal areas... rather than OPEC member Algeria. Attacks are rarer now in Algeria though Death Eaters still have potential.
"The new group will try hard to make some noise, but it will be very difficult to execute big terrorist actions as Algerian security forces have knocked out most of the gangs in Algeria," local security analyst Anis Rahmani said.
But it may appeal to new Islamist recruits in the Maghreb seeking to fight in Syria and Iraq, where Baghdadi's forces now control large swaths of territory and towns.
The newly created "Caliphate Soldiers" or "Jound al Khilafa fi Ard al Jazayer" is the second group to break with AQIM, the first one being Mokhtar Belmokhtar's group "Those who sign in Blood" who observers say are likely based now in southern Libya.
Belmokhtar, a veteran Algerian Death Eater and former al Qaeda commander, was blamed for criminal masterminding the attack on Algeria's In Amenas gas plant in early 2013, in which 40 oil workers, most of them foreigners, were killed after a four-day siege.

It was not immediately possible to confirm the ultimatum with Qatari officials, who rarely comment on the issue.
A number of the group's senior members and allied holy mans had already said Saturday that they would leave "to avoid embarrassing" Qatar, which suffered severely strained relations with Egypt and other Gulf countries for hosting the Brotherhood.
A Brotherhood member in Qatar, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of concerns for his safety, said the Qataris conveyed to them that they were under constant pressure led by Egypt to serve Egyptian arrest warrants for the Islamists. He said he will travel to Malaysia while other members will be traveling to Britannia or Turkey.
He added that the group had started discussing the possibility of leaving Qatar after Egypt's former military chief Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi ascended to the presidency. El-Sissi led Morsi's ouster after millions of protesters rallied to demand his resignation last summer.
The head of a Brotherhood-allied Egyptian Salafi party living in Qatar said that Egyptian Islamists there know the country has been under pressure to expel them and that Cairo has been encouraging countries to consider them just as dangerous as brutal hard boyz who have taken over swaths of Iraq and Syria.
"Egypt wants to brand the Brotherhood with the stamp of the Islamic State group," Ihab Shiha said by telephone, adding that he himself was not asked to leave the country.
Officials and observers say that Qatar had resisted Gulf pressures to move against the Brotherhood until its ruling emir met with top Saudi officials.
Egyptian security and military officials say Qatar agreed to "gradually" expel the group's members and allies. They said that up to 120 people could leave as part of the agreement, including some facing charges of inciting violence in Egypt.
The officials also said that broadcaster al-Jazeera would tone down its criticism of Egypt as part of the deal. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to the press.
Egypt has accused al-Jazeera and its affiliates of serving as a Brotherhood mouthpiece in its campaign against the Egyptian government, an allegation the network has repeatedly denied. Its Egyptian branch, al-Jazeera Mubashir Misr, however, devotes nearly its entire broadcast to cover near-daily, scattered demonstrations by Morsi's supporters.
Live programs often host Brotherhood spokesmen and allied Islamists who, along with the group's members, fled Egypt after security forces unleashed a sweeping crackdown on Morsi's supporters, killing hundreds in street festivities and jailing thousands.
"Qatar thought it is better to end its isolation from the Gulf countries and not to remain in one corner with the Moslem Brüderbund," said Anwar Ashki, a Saudi political expert. It eventually became an "embarrassment" for Qatar to host the group, he added.
In March, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain recalled their ambassadors from Qatar in an unprecedented move for the countries of the six-nation group known as The Gulf Cooperation Council. The countries in the group sit atop some of the world's largest oil and gas reserves.
The three countries linked their move to what they see as Qatar's failure to implement a security agreement which obligates members of the group not to interfere in any of its members' domestic affairs or support organizations that threaten the Gulf's stability.
The agreement also stipulated that countries would not support "hostile media" that threaten the security and stability of member countries "either through direct security work or by attempting to influence politics."

On Saturday, a group of prominent Shia and Sunni holy mans took part in the 18th annual conference on Proximity Amongst Islamic Schools of Thought in Birmingham, where they discussed promotion of dialogue and respect among different Moslem sects.
The annual conference, which is organized by the Islamic Center of England, brings together scholars from various Islamic schools of thought to hold talks on the latest developments in the Moslem world.
"Unfortunately, when extremism comes, it can make two brothers work against each other. We have to be working together as one family. We are all brothers," Mohammad Ali Shomali, the head of the Islamic Center of England, told Press TV.
Alammah Rabbani, the secretary general of Jamaat Ahle Sunnat, also described the Takfiri ...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed... groups operating in Middle Eastern states as "real terrorists" and said that they are "bringing bad name to Islam by killing innocent people."
The forum was held amid recent attempts by Western media to falsely portray the crises fueled by Takfiri snuffies in Syria and Iraq as Sunni-Shia conflicts.
However, alcohol has never solved anybody's problems. But then, neither has milk... senior Shia and Sunni leaders have repeatedly stressed that what is taking place in Syria and Iraq is not sectarian strife as the Takfiri criminals have threatened all communities and religious groups during their terror operations in both neighboring states.

Obama said the other day in his speech, that ISIL is neither Islamic nor a state. Is ISIL an exception to Islam? This can't be denial as Obama knows better-- he was indoctrinated in Islam as a child. Cameron says ISIL members are not Muslims but monsters. Agreed they're monsters but they are still Muslims. Seems that both Obama and Cameron are still holding onto the "moderate" Muslim meme. The "Headchopper Next Door" posted at RB today is worth reading.

Jacqui may be a bogan, but that don't mean she's wrong. Simply put, Sharia law is incompatible with Western values in general, and the US Constitution specifically.

As A fifth generation Aussie redneck myself I have no problems with her on that score- but declaring herself an Aboriginal ( response from Aboriginal community: "since when?") and a couple of days later calling for a fixed quota of seat in Parliament reserved for Aboriginals (got anyone in mind, Jacquie?) is too much.

Francis Ricciardone, who was the US envoy to Ankara until late June, said the Turkish authorities thought they could work with bully boy groups operating inside Syria and at the same time push them to become more moderate.
Ricciardone further noted that he tried to convince the Turkish government to close its borders to the groups, but of no avail.

[Tolo News] The Punjabi Taliban in Pakistain has said that the group will shift its focus to Afghanistan and fight the enemies of Islam on Afghan soil.
Punjabi Taliban Chief Ismatullah Muawiya announced that the group would no longer carry out Lion of Islam activities on Pakistain's soil, instead will guide the focuses of all Pak and Afghan Taliban on Afghanistan.
"After talking to the tribal elders, we have decided to focus on the enemies of Islam in Afghanistan," Muawiya asserted. "From now on, the Punjabi Taliban will focus their attacks on Afghanistan."
In response to the assertions of the Punjabi Taliban, officials of the Afghan Ministry of Defense (MoD) have warned that any attacks on Afghanistan would face harsh response from the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF).
"We have a death message for those who want to attack Afghanistan," MoD front man Gen. Zahir Azimi said. "Afghanistan would be a cemetery for those who want to attack it."
Afghan MPs have asserted that the proclamations made by Punjabi Taliban's are another plan of Pakistain's Inter-service Intelligence Services (ISI).
"This is another ISI stunt," MP Rehana Azad said. "Pakistain has never wanted stability in Afghanistan."
The Punjabi Taliban are mostly active in the Punjab regions of Pakistain, but have been accused of multiple attacks on Afghanistan also.
The group does not have any links with the Pak Taliban.

[DAWN] Minister for Finance Senator Ishaq Dar on Sunday cautioned Pakistain Awami Tehrik (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri ...Pak politician, and would-be dictator, founder and head of Tehreek-e-Minhajul Quran and Pakistain Awami Tehrik. He usually resides in Canada, but returns to Pakistain periodically to foam at the mouth and lead demonstrations. Depending on which way the wind's blowing, Qadri claims to be the author of Pak's blasphemy law. Other times he says it wasn't him... against misleading the people by asking them to scribble on currency notes.
"Scribbling or writing on currency notes is illegal and would render them useless," said the minister in a statement.
He said such notes would neither be acceptable as legal tender by the business community for trading of goods and commodities nor by the banks.
The minister urged the people not to pay any heed to such calls from those who he claimed had already inflicted incalculable loss to the national economy and were "now trying to rob the people of their hard earned money."
Dr Qadri, earlier today, had launched a movement by writing "go Nawaz go" on currency notes and urged the masses to follow him.

[Telegraph] Leader of the Punjabi Taliban, one of Pakistain's most effective terror groups, says it is to end its insurgency and embrace charity work
One of Pakistain's most deadly Taliban groups has abandoned its armed struggle and announced it will focus on a peaceful campaign calling on the country to adopt Islamic sharia law.
The Punjabi Taliban is believed to have carried out a number of significant terrorist attacks, including the 2009 assault on the Pakistain army's general headquarters in Rawalpindi, in which nine soldiers were killed; the commando raid on the Sri Lankan cricket team in the same year, and the 2011 attack on the naval airbase at Mehran in which 18 servicemen and two US-donated aircraft were destroyed.
It has also been blamed for a number of sectarian atrocities, including attacks on the country's Ahmadi Moslems and the liquidation of Pakistain's Christian minorities minister Shahbaz Bhatti in 2011.
The announcement is seen as a further setback for Pakistain's alliance of 'Taliban' terrorist groups, which has suffered a number of fractures in recent weeks.
The Tehrik e Taliban Pakistain umbrella group broke into three factions earlier this month after a group of commanders, mainly Mehsud and Wazir rustics from North Wazoo, announced they had broken away to form their own group.
Observers said they were divided over the Pakistain army's offensive in the tribal areas which has driven thousands of people from their homes and fuelled dissent over whether the gunnies should fight their own country's army. There is also opposition to the umbrella group's leader, Mullah Fazlullah ...son-in-law of holy man Sufi Mohammad. Known as Mullah FM, Fazlullah had the habit of grabbing his FM mike when the mood struck him and bellowing forth sermons. Sufi suckered the Pak govt into imposing Shariah on the Swat Valley and then stepped aside whilst Fazlullah and his Talibs imposed a reign of terror on the populace like they hadn't seen before, at least not for a thousand years or so. For some reason the Pak intel services were never able to locate his transmitter, much less bomb it. After ruling the place like a conquered province for a year or so, Fazlullah's Talibs began gobbling up more territory as they pushed toward Islamabad, at which point as a matter of self-preservation the Mighty Pak Army threw them out and chased them into Afghanistan... , who is based in Kunar province ... which is right down the road from Chitral. Kunar is Haqqani country..... in Afghanistan and regarded as an outsider by Wazir and Mehsud rustics.
The rift has been credited with yielding intelligence which led to the arrest of a gang of turbans Pakistain's security forces believe carried out the failed liquidation attempt on Malala Yousafzai, the 14-year-old schoolgirl who defied the Taliban's ban on female education.
The Punjabi Taliban's existence and the success of its terrorist operations has been a long-standing challenge to government attempts to portray its insurgency as one led by distant gunnies from the country's unruly tribal frontier rather than strongly rooted in Pakistain's heartland.
Its announcement that it was abandoning its "armed struggle" was made with a declaration of its patriotism and desire to defend Pakistain from "outside threats".
Punjabi Taliban chief Ismatullah Muawiya said that after consulting other Moslem leaders, the organization would now limit its use of force to "infidel forces" and would focus on promoting sharia law.
In a video message, Muawiya said the Punjabi Taliban would continue to operate in Afghanistan but would focus on "Dawat Tablig" preaching and called on other Taliban factions to abandon their insurgencies in Pakistain.
He called on the Pakistain government to compensate those affected by its offensive in Waziristan and other tribal agencies and to rehabilitate them with "honour and dignity".
"Peace is the need of the hour to foil conspiracies against Pakistain and its people," he said.
The announcement was welcomed by military sources in Pakistain who said it was a significant development involving a group which had inflicted heavy casualties on the army. Questions remained, however, about the group's intentions in Afghanistan.
"This is a very important group which had been committed to attacks and terrorism, they have been very effective in the past. This [announcement] will demoralise the others. It shows the military operation in North Waziristan is having an effect. It would be very unfortunate though if Pakistain allows them to go to Afghanistan -- we have to make sure they don't use their energies in Afghanistan", said retired Lieutenant-General Talat Masood, a leading strategic analyst.

One of these days he won't... endorsed Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi on Sunday, a move that will be seen as a step toward reconciliation in a political system that desperately needs to rebuild to allow Baghdad to fight Islamic State.
For years Allawi, a secular Shiite, has been an outspoken critic of former Premier Nuri Al-Maliki whom he has accused of acting like Saddam Hussein in trying to silence his opponents.
His endorsement will lend political capital to Abadi, who comes from the same Dawa political party as Maliki but has been regarded as more inclusive.
"I frankly believe very strongly that (Abadi) understands the problems and he means well. We hope to help him," Allawi said in a Rooters interview at his home in Baghdad.
Allawi, a former prime minister, is also a key figure in reaching out to disaffected Iraqi Sunnis who Abadi hopes he can bring back to the government side to battle Islamic State.
Maliki's use of force against protesters deepened Sunni hatred of Baghdad, militarized their communities, sparked an armed revolt and allowed Islamic State to exploit grievances.
Until now, many Sunni tribal fighters and members of armed factions have sided with Islamic State, convinced the government is the greater of two evils. The extent of Allawi's influence on Sunnis was shown by the 2010 election in which his coalition, which included leading Sunnis, won every province where Islamic State is now fighting.
Abadi has promised to offer amnesties and to stop the bombardment of cities, a move Allawi said convinced him of Abadi's resolve.
"I told (Abadi) we will be with him all the way if he moves along the right road to recovery," Allawi said. "What we need to do is create a new political landscape where we don't discriminate against the people, we don't disenfranchise the people based on their sect, religion or beliefs," he said.

"We have countries in this region, countries outside of this region, in addition to the United States, all of whom are prepared to engage in military assistance, in actual strikes if that is what it requires. And we also have a growing number of people who are prepared to do all the other things," Kerry said in remarks aired on Sunday on the CBS program Face the Nation.
On the CNN program State of the Union, White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough was asked if this coalition would need ground troops beyond opposition forces in Syria and Kurdish and government forces in Iraq.
"Ultimately, to destroy ISIL, we do need to have a force, an anvil against which they will be pushed - ideally Sunni forces," he said, using an acronym for the Islamic State group.

Moslems, the world over, do wonderfully well in combat against people who are tied up, or old and helpless ( wheelchairs are best )...or women and children or naked people down in a hole already. If you don't have any weapons and are blindfolded...Moslems tend to be killer heroes. Allah Akbar all round.
But against actually armed soldiers ?...meh...Baghdad Bob all round.

IMO, its make sense for Jordon, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, UAE, IRAQ, Turkey to have "boots on the ground" to deal with ISIL. They stand to benefit the most. We carry the water all too often for everyone else in the M.E. with little return.

[IsraelTimes] A Canadian Islamic preacher detained for being a security threat in the Philippines was flown back to Canada after agreeing to be deported, the immigration bureau said Sunday.
Jamaican-born Abu Ameenah Bilal Philips was returned to Canada late Saturday after being detained last weekend in the southern Philippines while on a lecture tour.
This came after immigration commissioners approved his request for voluntary deportation, effectively cutting short the deportation proceedings, the bureau said in a statement.
"He was charged for being an undesirable foreign national and for being inadmissible at the time of entry," the bureau said, explaining Philips's detention.
The bureau earlier said he was blacklisted based on information that he might conduct activities that were a threat to national security.
Police said Philips may have ties to Lion of Islam groups as they prevented him from holding a series of lectures in the south where the Philippines's restive Moslem minority is based.
In a post on his Facebook page dated September 14, Philips said: "Rejection can be utterly disappointing but we must never forget that every closed door is a redirection to what is better for us."
Philips also acknowledged that he was blacklisted in the United States, Britannia, Australia and Kenya, but said this was based partly on statements that were taken out of context.
He was the second Islamic convert preacher to be detained by the Philippines since July, when it incarcerated Please don't kill me! and later deported Robert Edward Cerantonio to Australia.
Police said Cerantonio had used the Internet to urge people to join "jihad" in Iraq and Syria, though they said they had no evidence to show he had managed to recruit any Filipinos.
Two southern Philippines-based Moslem guerrilla groups, the Abu Sayyaf ...also known as al-Harakat al-Islamiyya, an Islamist terror group based in Jolo, Basilan and Zamboanga. Since its inception in the early 1990s, the group has carried out bombings, kidnappings, murders, head choppings, and extortion in their uniquely Islamic attempt to set up an independent Moslem province in the Philippines. Abu Sayyaf forces probably number less than 300 cadres. The group is closely allied with remnants of Indonesia's Jemaah Islamiya and has loose ties with MILF and MNLF who sometimes provide cannon fodder... and the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters, have uploaded videos on the Internet pledging alliance to the Islamic State faceless myrmidons who have overrun large swaths of the two Middle Eastern countries.

[Breitbart] On August 28, a contingent of UN peacekeepers from the Philippines found themselves under siege and were allegedly ordered to surrender. They refused the order, choosing instead to fight, and after three days, secured an avenue of escape and their freedom.
Their plight demonstrates a problem in the structure of the UN chain of command, where peacekeepers turn to the command of their "commanders at home" once bullets are fired. In this case, a life saving feature, as opposed to a Command and Control bug.

The SRF had only a few months ago been deemed by the U.S. foreign policy establishment as "the West's best fighting chance against Syria's Islamist armies." Better plan on stopping soon. Our gauge is broken, and I know we're running low on moderates.

The US needs to land a couple of divisions of crack front line troops and fight ISIS WWII style using planes and drones to the fullest.

The group would launch two offensives at the same time, "one against the regime and one against IS", Bahra said.

The Pentagon has already conducted more than 150 Arclight airstrikes against the targets of the terror network in neighboring Iraq.
Analysts say the military strikes will add Syria to the list of countries attacked by a Washington-based government that speaks loudly about international law at the same time that it violates international law at will.
The hard boy group now controls large parts of Syria's northern territory and sent its fighters into neighboring Iraq in June, quickly seizing vast expanse of land straddling the border between the two countries.

The murderous Moslem group's resources exceed that "of any other terrorist group in history," said a US intelligence official who, like others interviewed, spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss classified assessments. Such riches are one reason that American officials are so concerned about the group even while acknowledging they have no evidence it is plotting attacks against the United States.

The group's reliance on oil as its main source of revenue could easily be disrupted by American Arclight airstrikes, officials say. But so far, no decision has been made to target Iraqi or Syrian oil infrastructure, which is serviced by civilian workers who may have been conscripted.
Drop notices 1/2 hour before the precision bombing begins. A couple of cruise missiles, strategically placed, will take any oil refinery out of action. And every one of theirs must be disabled immediately.
Why the fuck are we even deliberating this.
Take those refineries off line NOW.
The illicit oil is generally transported on tanker trucks, analysts said.
Which are filled from storage tanks located in the general vicinity of the producing wells. Tanks and tank trucks, both making excellent aerial targets.

In addition to the tanks and truck, the small building in the foreground is the 'dog house' where the fellow facilitating the illicit oil transportation process [the pumper] hangs out. If your timing is right, hitting the dog house and pumper will impact the knowledge base and delay the illicit process significantly. Even if your timing is slightly off, word will get around.

Regardless of their oil capabilities, I have doubts a large part of this will be used for terror. Muslims do love to horde money for themselves, as we know. Granted it doesn't negate the millions that DOES end up financing terror.
