Dutch Re-Arrest Qaida Suspect for U.S. Extradition
[AnNahar] Dutch authorities have re-incarcerated
Book 'im, Mahmoud!
a Dutch-Pak Al-Qaeda suspect wanted by the United States, saying on Friday that all obstacles in his long-running extradition case had been cleared.

"Sabir K. was detained again last (Thursday) night on the order of the public prosecutor's office for extradition to the United States," the office said in a statement.

A Dutch court last year blocked the extradition of the man identified only as Sabir K. to stand trial for alleged acts of terror including planning a suicide kaboom on a U.S. military base in Afghanistan's Kunar province
... which is right down the road from Chitral. Kunar is Haqqani country.....
in 2010.

The 27-year-old Sabir K. said that the U.S. played a role in what he said was his torture in Pakistain following his arrest more than four years ago.

The Dutch court in its verdict last year in July said that "certain questions were raised about the role played by the United States in Sabir K.'s arrest in Pakistain."

Without proof that the U.S. was not involved in his alleged torture, extradition would be illegal, the court said.

Dutch authorities however said on Friday they received a letter from the U.S. Department of Justice last month which denies any involvement in Sabir K's detention in Pakistain.

"According to the (Dutch) Security and Justice Minister (Ivo Opstelten) this hurdle to prevent extradition has been removed," the public prosecutor's statement said.

"The decision was taken once additional information was sent from the U.S.," public prosecutor front man Wim de Bruin told AFP, adding that an actual date for the extradition had not been set.

Sabir K.'s lawyer Andre Seebregts said he would file an urgent request to have his client freed and to stop the extradition.

"There are no legal grounds to extradite him," Seebregts told AFP.

He also complained about what he termed the "heavy-handed approach" by an armed police team who arrested Sabir K. in The Hague, where he has been living for months.

Arrested in Pakistain, Sabir K. was brought back in April 2011 to the Netherlands, where a string of court rulings have accepted and then rejected his extradition.

Black Panthers Indicted On Federal Gun Charges, Pipe Bomb Plot Near Ferguson
Moved to Home Front: WoT -- New Black Panthers are a terrorist group. AoS
[Daily Caller] Members of the militant New Black Panther Party have been arrested and charged with making straw purchases of two handguns and are believed to have conspired to detonate pipe bombs during protests in Ferguson, Missouri, according to several reports.

Brandon Baldwin, who goes by the name Brandon Muhammad, and Olajuwon Davis, who goes by Olajuwon Ali, were indicted on Wednesday for making false statements in order to purchase two .45 ACP pistols at a Cabela’s in Hazelwood, just outside of Ferguson, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Ali is the chairman of the St. Louis chapter of the New Black Panther Party.
He's got 'priors' for drugs and five felony convictions as well Larry. No problem, I'll go over assembly-disassembly a few more times. Call the Police and reset the security cams.

#6  I bet half those guys involved in the alleged conspiracy are federal snitches who conceived the crime.

#7  I would have went somewhere besides Cabelas

Unless smearing a legitimate business was part of the Fed plan. Yeah, I'm as paranoid as badanov and rather surprised the NBPs got charged given their Most Favored Thug status under Holder's DOJ. Of course, charged and convicted are two different things.
Posted by: SteveS || 11/22/2014 14:01 Comments || Top||

#8  Not paranoid.

Federal snitches are a cheap way of eliminating a perceived threat.

Create a crime.

Get the presumed suspect to break or assent to breaking the law, without actually breaking it.

Then bust him/her and proclaim some threat was eliminated by the brave and resourceful government agents. We all applaud at the violent crime government agents themselves have created, but yet, somehow, prevented.

And as others have noted, if the suspects were already criminal Cabela's would be the last place they'd go to get a gun. And if the suspects had a criminal background, they could have (and should have) gotten guns from a private source.

This type of thing was played out when a preacher in Florida got arrested for all sorts of terrorist crimes a few weeks ago, including making "straw purchases". When the search warrant return was filed, very little evidence of the allegation was found.

All done with a snitch working for pay for the government.

#9  badanov, you presume that the NBP is perceived as a threat rather than an ally.

Hence my paranoia that this is a manufactured event to cover for or provide motivation for something bigger. I've learned a lot about conspiracy theories listening to the lefties for the last 13 years.

Given their habits of projection I feel that it's probable that they thought of all those GWB theories because that's the way they think.

If they're trying to instigate a major riot with trimmings that would allow serious crack-downs on any "right-wing" terrorists it would not surprise me nearly as much as it should.

Paranoia has rotted my brain vis a vis this cabal.

#11  Sometimes the question is not "are you paranoid?", but "are you paranoid enough?"

Permit me to suggest the targets, in no particular order, are
1) legitimate gun dealers like Cabela's
2) the need to appear to do *something* about Ferguson
3) violent right-wing tea-party extremists

The fact that coming down on the NBP only increases black rage in Ferguson is just gravy on the cake.

As I recall these guys trade in H and Armory ripoffs. Any org that isn't nicely stocked with grenades and mortars loses their charter.

I'm waiting to read about how a firetruck brought in to hose down the crowd was actually filled with gasoline.

India-Pakistan
Pakistan Court Orders Former PM Charged in Musharraf Case
[AnNahar] A Pak court trying former military ruler Pervez Perv Musharraf
... former dictator of Pakistain, who was less dictatorial and corrupt than any Pak civilian government to date ...
for treason on Friday ordered the government to add a former prime minister, law minister and chief justice to the charge sheet.

The move will further prolong proceedings against Musharraf over his decision to suspend the constitution and impose emergency rule in 2007.

The charges, first announced by the government a year ago, have raised hackles in the powerful military establishment, which is seen as reluctant to have one of its former chiefs tried by civilians.

Musharraf, 71, returned to Pakistain last April vowing to run in the general election to "save" the country from Taliban militancy and economic ruin.

But he was barred from standing in the May 2013 poll and hit with a series of criminal charges dating back to his 1999-2008 rule, including treason and murder.

His lawyers had applied to have the charge sheet expanded to include around 600 other names.

But the court ordered only three people to be added to the charges: Shaukat Aziz, who was prime minister at the time of the emergency order, then-law minister Zahid Hamid and judge Abdul Hameed Dogar, who was elevated to chief justice after the order.

"Based on the material on record, the probability of their involvement as aiders and abettors cannot be ruled out," the court said in its order signed by two of the three-judge bench hearing the case.

"We are therefore of the view that joinder of the then Prime Minister and the then Federal Law Minister is necessary to secure the ends of justice."

The third judge on the panel gave a dissenting view, dismissing the application to extend the charges. The hearing was adjourned to December 9.

The ruling forced Hamid to resign as minister for science and technology in the current government led by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif
... served two non-consecutive terms as prime minister, heads the Pakistain Moslem League (Nawaz). Noted for his spectacular corruption, the 1998 Pak nuclear test, border war with India, and for being tossed by General Musharraf...
The case suffered repeated delays earlier this year due to Musharraf's health problems and security threats against him -- the Taliban have threatened to kill him.

Legal experts said the latest ruling means proceedings are unlikely to advance any time soon.

"The government or any other co-accused who are to be included in the case can go to the Supreme Court and if this happens there will be long and time-consuming arguments there," former deputy attorney general Raja Abdul Rehman told AFP.

The case against Musharraf relates to his decision to impose emergency rule shortly before the Supreme Court was due to decide on the legality of his re-election as president a month earlier, while he was still army chief.

He had seized power in a bloodless coup in 1999, deposing Sharif -- who was elected PM for a third time in May last year in a landslide victory.

Some observers have suggested the government's pursuit of Musharraf is partly motivated by Sharif's personal grudge against the former general.

Since the Musharraf was indicted in March there have been regular rumors of a backroom deal to allow him to leave Pakistain to avoid a destabilizing confrontation between the government and the army.

Attack on Political Camp Injures 15 in Pakistan's Karachi
[AnNahar] At least 15 people including three parliamentarians were maimed when gunnies opened fire on a political party camp in the southern Pak city of Bloody Karachi
...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous...
, officials said Friday.

The incident occurred in the city's restive eastern district Orangi Town when the Muttahida Qaumi Movement
...English: United National Movement, generally known as MQM, is the 3rd largest political party and the largest secular political party in Pakistain with particular strength in Sindh. From 1992 to 1999, the MQM was the target of the Pak Army's Operation Cleanup leaving thousands of urdu speaking civilians dead...
(MQM) membership drive meeting came under gun and grenade attack.

"At least 15 people including three parliamentarians of the Sindh provincial assembly were maimed when gunnies riding on cycle of violences hurled hand grenades at the camp and started indiscriminate firing," senior police official Irfan Baluch told AFP.

He said the injured were moved to the government-run Abbasi Shaheed hospital adding that all were in a stable condition.

The incident was confirmed by other police officials and members of the MQM.

MQM represents the city's dominant Urdu-speaking population.

Hours later, the party chief Altaf Hussain addressed his workers in Orangi town via telephone from his office in London and condemned the incident.

"Cowardly attacks like this cannot deter our courage," he said urging his party workers to stand united and continue peaceful struggle for the party goals.

Karachi, a city of 18 million people which contributes 42 percent of Pakistain's GDP, has been plagued by sectarian, ethnic and political violence for years.

Two security officers killed in Peshawar blast
PESHAWAR - Two security officers were killed and six others sustained injuries in a bomb blast here on Friday.

According to sources, the explosion took place when a mobile of security forces reached at Ghari Mustajaab. The mobile was on its way to Warsak from Peshawar, killing two personnel and injuring six others including two security officers. The injured were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital for medical assistance.

According to Superintendent Police Shakirullah Bangash, the bomb planted on a motorcycle was remotely detonated as a security forces' pick-up truck passed by it. He further said that terrorists have resorted to such cowardly acts as their backs are broken after the successful military operation in North Waziristan tribal region.

According to experts of Bomb Disposal Squad, it was a five kilogram remote-controlled bomb planted in a cycle of violence bike parked on the roadside to target a patrolling party of paramilitary troops.

jihadist group on Friday publicly executed two young men for allegedly cooperating with Iraqi security forces, officials and witnesses said.
All does not go smoothly in the new Caliphate, perhaps a sign that it lacks Allah's approval.
The killings were carried out in the middle of the crowded main market in the Zab area of Kirkuk province.

The IS jihadist group spearheaded a sweeping bully boy offensive in June that overran large parts of the country, including territory in Kirkuk.

Iraqi security forces and pro-government fighters are battling to regain ground with backing from a U.S.-led air campaign and have retaken some areas, but three key cities are still in the hands of the bully boys.

IS, which also controls swathes of neighboring Syria, has committed widespread atrocities in both countries, including hundreds of executions.

Jihadists Launch Major Attack on Iraq's Ramadi
[AnNahar] The Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems....
group launched a major attack on the Iraqi city of Ramadi Friday, attempting to seize one of the last urban pockets under government control in troubled Anbar province.

Parts of Ramadi, the thriving provincial capital, and all of Fallujah to its east, fell to anti-government forces in January.

In June, IS-led bandidos snuffies began overrunning more of Anbar and have gained further ground in recent weeks, raising fears that the province, which stretches from the borders with Syria, Jordan and Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...
to the western approach to Baghdad, could fall completely.

"IS launched a surprise attack from four directions -- north, west, east and south of Ramadi," a police first lieutenant in the city told AFP by telephone Friday.

"A series of mortar attacks have targeted areas inside the city, including provincial council buildings and a police post," the officer added.

Police Captain Qusay al-Dulaimi said "the mortar fire has been continuous since midnight."

Unlike in the past, mosque loudspeakers called on people to fight IS rather than resist government forces.

Soldiers, police and tribal fighters were able to retake one area the bandidos snuffies had seized and hold off attacks on others, deputy provincial council chief Faleh al-Essawi and tribal leader Sheikh Rafa Abdulkarim said.

But the sound of gunfire could still be heard in the city early Friday evening, indicating that fighting in the area was not over.

The attacks killed at least six people, including police Colonel Majid al-Fahdawi, security and medical sources said.

Essawi said 12 bandidos snuffies died in the fighting.

A fresh spate of attacks in recent weeks has seen the jihadists extend their grip over the province, where only a handful of pockets remain under the control of Iraqi security forces backed by Shiite militias and Sunni tribal fighters.

But there is still little threat of a direct assault on Baghdad, as bandidos snuffies would have to gain much more ground for one to be viable.

Meanwhile,
...back at the Council of Boskone, Kinnison began his slow infiltration of the sewer system...
in the northern town of Zab, IS gunnies publicly executed two young men Friday for allegedly cooperating with security forces.

The killings are just the latest in a long series of atrocities, including hundreds of executions, carried out by IS in Iraq and neighboring Syria.

Iraqi security forces performed poorly when faced with the initial jihadist-led onslaught in June, with several divisions collapsing in the north.

But with support from a U.S.-led campaign of air strikes and foreign military advisers, they have retaken some areas. Even so, three key cities and large chunks of other territory remain in jihadist hands.

The U.S. Central Command announced Wednesday that coalition forces carried out 30 air strikes against IS in Iraq and Syria from Tuesday to Thursday, 23 of them in Iraq.

IS has attracted thousands of imported muscle from various western nations, raising fears that they may return home to carry out attacks.

A Dutch 19-year-old who converted to Islam, traveled to Syria and married an IS fighter before being rescued by her mother was on Friday ordered to be detained pending possible terrorism charges in the Netherlands.

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu meanwhile traveled to Iraq's autonomous Kurdish region, whose forces have played a major role in the fight against IS, for talks with its leadership.

That came a day after he was in Baghdad for security talks with Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi, and offered military assistance.

Since the beginning of the year, violence in Iraq has forced hundreds of thousands of people to flee their homes, and they now face a harsh winter in makeshift shelters or camps.

The United Nations
...an organization originally established to war on dictatorships which was promptly infiltrated by dictatorships and is now held in thrall to dictatorships...
said Friday it had begun airlifting tent insulation kits into Iraq to help some of the around two million displaced people deal with the winter cold.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Hundreds Riot Throughout West Bank After Friday Prayers
[IsraelTimes] Several riots were reported throughout the West Bank Friday afternoon following weekly sermons.

Around 350 Paleostinians demonstrated in Hebron, Israel Radio reported. Rioters were hurling rocks and Molotov cocktails at police, who were responding with non-lethal means to disperse the protesters.

Another hundred people were demonstrating and assaulting security forces near Nablus, where soldiers were using rubber bullets and other means to quell the mob. Three Paleostinians were lightly injured there and evacuated to hospital in Nablus.

In Kalandiya, north of Jerusalem, several dozen Paleostinians were rioting. One man was said lightly injured by a rubber bullet fired by security forces.

Small riots of several dozen protesters were also reported in two locations near Ramallah and another near Qalqilya.

Prayers in the Temple Mount ended peacefully, with around 40,000 Moslem worshipers attending the weekly sermon, Israel Radio reported.

Israeli police had said earlier that they would not bar young Moslem worshipers from Friday prayers at Jerusalem's al-Aqsa Mosque, despite a week of spiraling violence in the city including a Paleostinian terror attack on a synagogue.

It was the second week running that the restrictions were lifted at the flashpoint Temple Mount compound after months of limited entry.

"So far, restrictions on entry of worshippers will not be imposed," police spokeswoman Luba Samri said in a statement late Thursday.

Israel eased restrictions at Temple Mount last week after US Secretary of State John F. I was in Vietnam, you know Kerry
Former Senator-for-Life from Massachussetts, self-defined war hero, speaker of French, owner of a lucky hat, conqueror of Cambodia, and current Secretary of State...
announced agreement on steps to reduce tensions in talks in neighboring Jordan, which has custodial rights at the compound.

The site, which is holy to Jews as well as Moslems, has been the focus of months of unrest in East Jerusalem, that has spread to the West Bank and Arab communities across Israel, and raised fears of a new Paleostinian uprising.

Clashes at the compound are usually led by younger Paleostinian men, some of whom earlier this month hurled rocks and firecrackers at police who entered the compound and chased them to the entrance of the mosque.

In recent weeks, police have tried to preempt unrest by limiting male entry to those over 35 and in the past have barred those under 50.

Jewish Man Stabbed, Another Beaten In East Jerusalem
[IsraelTimes] A Jewish man was stabbed in the back and another was beaten with a metal bar in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of At-Tur Friday as they walked among of group of people headed for Friday evening prayers at a nearby yeshiva.

The incident was first reported as a suspected terror attack but police later said it began as an altercation between the group of Jewish youths and a group of Arab youths, which then deteriorated into a brawl.

Border Police forces who arrived at the scene dispersed the fight, but did not make any arrests. The forces then escorted the Jewish youths to the yeshiva, according to a police statement.

"A group of Jewish worshipers were attacked as they walked...to Beit Horot," a police statement said earlier, referring to the yeshiva set up on the Mount of Olives by right-wing rabbi Benny Elon in 1999.

Magen David Adom paramedics said a man, 24, was evacuated to Shaare Zedek Hospital with a cut on his back and a 21-year-old man sustained head injuries.

Police were sweeping the area for the perpetrators.

The attack came three days after five Israelis were killed in a terror attack at a synagogue in the capital's Har Nof neighborhood. Four of the victims were shot and hacked to death while at prayer while the fifth victim, a Druze policeman who tried to stop the killings, was shot in the head and later died of his wounds.

Israel Nabs West Bank Terror Network 'Commanded From Turkish Soil'
[IsraelTimes] Israel has locked away
Drop the rod and step away witcher hands up!
dozens of members of a Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, terror network operating throughout the West Bank in recent weeks who were planning a series of attacks against Israeli targets, senior Paleostinian officials told The Times of Israel. The network, they said, was funded and directed by Hamas officials in Turkey who have set up a de facto command center in the Moslem country.

The network was similar in its operational characteristics to one uncovered in August during the war with Hamas in the Gazoo Strip, the officials said Thursday night, adding that according to information received from Israel, this terror ring was even larger. Its operatives had already attempted several attacks against Israel, they added, but they had all failed.

As with the previous network, the man behind the terrorist grouping was Saleh al-Arouri, a Hamas leader who was deported from the West Bank to Turkey in 2010, the sources said.
"Hmmm... Send round a list of prospects for an assassination team, Yossi."
Arouri, they said, built up and funded the network, and has effectively established a Hamas command post in Turkey which is leading terror efforts in the West Bank. Arouri is reportedly aided by dozens of operatives, some of whom were deported by Israel in the wake of the Gilad Shalit prisoner deal in 2011.

The officials accused Turkey as well as Qatar
...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates...
-- the current home of Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal -- of enabling Hamas to operate freely within their territories to carry out attacks against Israel and undermine the Paleostinian Authority.

In August, Israel's Shin Bet security service said it had arrested over 90 operatives and thwarted a Hamas coup attempt in the West Bank aimed at toppling PA President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas
... a graduate of the prestigious unaccredited Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow with a doctorate in Holocaust Denial...
and starting a third intifada uprising.

The Paleostinian sources, however, maintained Thursday that the two networks were more concerned with carrying out attacks against Israeli military and settler targets in the West Bank. A rough Israeli response and the consequent weakening of the PA was a secondary objective, they said.

The officials added that several Hamas operatives connected to the recently uncovered network were also being held in PA detention facilities.

On Thursday the Shin Bet said it foiled a Paleostinian plan to assassinate Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman during the summer war. A group of Hamas members from near Bethlehem in the West Bank planned to purchase a rocket-propelled grenade, which would be shot at Liberman, who lives in an Israeli settlement in the area.

The group gathered intelligence on Liberman's convoy to carry out the attack, according to the Shin Bet, and turned to Hamas officials in the area for help in acquiring the RPG. Israeli officials said they also uncovered during the interrogations Hamas plans to fire weapons and carry out hit-and-run attacks against settlers and Israeli troops in the area.

The Times of Israel could not immediately ascertain whether the cell plotting against Liberman was connected to the terror network described by Paleostinian officials.

Jordan Arrests Brotherhood Deputy for Criticizing UAE

the deputy leader of the country's Moslem Brüderbund after he criticized the United Arab Emirates for classifying the movement as a "terrorist organization", a judicial source said Friday.

Zaki Bani Rsheid was summoned late Thursday for questioning by the state security prosecutor who later ordered his detention for 15 days, which could be extended.

He was accused of "acts that could harm Jordan's relations with a brotherly state" after he criticized the UAE for blacklisting 80 Islamist groups as "terrorist organizations".

The list, published last week, is similar to one issued by Soddy Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face...

group, the Moslem Brüderbund and Yemen's Shiite Huthi militia.

Bani Rsheid criticized the move, calling the UAE "the prime godfather of terrorism".

"The Emirates are playing the role of American police in the region... serving Zionist interests," he said on his Facebook page.

Allies Jordan and the UAE are partners in the U.S.-led campaign against jihadists, and both countries have carried out air strikes on IS targets in Syria as part of an international coalition.

The Moslem Brüderbund was formed in Egypt in 1928, and branches of the group appeared across the region over the years.

It is the main opposition force in Jordan and has wide grassroots support.

In September, Jordan arrested senior Brotherhood member Mohammed Said Bakr on charges of incitement against the authorities.

Bakr, a member of the group's consultative council, was detained after criticizing the government at a public event, and accusing it of being "subject to the United States".

Syria Jihadists Crack Down on Would-Be Deserters

in Syria but then tried to desert have faced arrest and execution at the hands of the radical group, activists said Friday

Those who have tried to flee are usually young and mostly non-Arabs who regretted joining the IS once they saw the reality on the ground, several activists told AFP via the Internet.

The reports came a day after the IS placed in durance vile
Keep yer hands where we can see 'em, if yez please!
a 17-year-old jihadist in the group's self-proclaimed capital of Raqa in northern Syria, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

"He was probably Russian or Chechen," said Observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman.

The young man was arrested at a call center in Raqa, after contacting his family.

"His (jihadist) friends attacked him and beat him up," said the Observatory, adding that he was then taken to an unknown location.

An IS translator understood the teenager had been telling his family "about how he wanted to go home", the Observatory said.

Activists in Raqa said the case was by no means isolated, but that the dangers faced by would-be defectors kept IS ranks secure for the most part.

"Fleeing is extremely difficult," said Furat al-Wafaa, adding that those who get caught are "slaughtered, of course".

The IS first emerged in the Syrian conflict in April 2013.

It has committed some of the war's worst abuses, including a string of highly-publicized beheadings of Western civilian hostages as well as executions of Syrian and Iraqi soldiers.

But its reign of terror makes it difficult to assess how many members try to escape, said another activist, Nael Mustafa.

They are "in fact very few in number" and mostly from Western Europe, where they could face prosecution or close surveillance on return, he said. "We are only talking about individual cases."

Mustafa told AFP of a 19-year-old German jihadist from Hamburg who had regretted his decision to join the IS.

He took a holiday and tried to flee, but the IS cut short his vacation and sent him to a frontline, said Mustafa.

"The next day, I heard that... he died there. Some people said he was shot in the back."

Mustafa reported a small wave of desertions after U.S.-led air strikes were launched against IS in September, but the group had "quickly brought the situation under control."

He said an IS hard boy's pledge of allegiance, unlike with other rebel groups in Syria, was "considered permanent, like a new birth".

of Iraq and the Levant, reported the National News Agency.

It said that State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr charged the four suspects, who include a Moslem holy man, with recruiting people to join the jihadist group.

A number of people have in recent months been charged with belonging to ISIL and other murderous Moslem organizations.

The army and security forces have been cracking down on suspects wanted on terrorism charges.

These efforts were intensified in light of festivities in August between the army and Islamist gunnies who overran the northeastern border town of Arsal.
