[DAWN] Pakistain on Friday handed over 29 Afghan nationals, apprehended during Operation Zarb-e-Azb ..the Pak offensive against Qaeda in Pakistain and the Pak Taliban in North Wazoo. The name refers to the sword of the Prophet (PTUI!)... from different areas of North Wazoo Agency, to Afghanistan as 'goodwill gesture'.
The Afghan nationals were in jug of Pak security forces and were handed over to Afghan authorities at Ghulamkhan on Pak-Afghan border today, said a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
It said that Afghans were apprehended during Operation Zarb-e-Azb from different areas of North Waziristan Agency.
After detailed investigation it was established that these individuals did not have links with terrorists, but were undocumented Democrats, living without valid documents, said the statement.

[ARABNEWS] Afghanistan's new president invited the Taliban to join in a grinding of the peace processor backed by the international community on Friday, in an unusual direct reference to the gunnies who have stepped up attacks aimed at bringing down his month-old government.
Speaking at a conference on Afghan peace and reconstruction in Beijing, Ashraf Ghani ...former chancellor of Kabul University. Before returning to Afghanistan in 2002 he was a scholar of political science and anthropology. He worked at the World Bank working on international development assistance. As Finance Minister of Afghanistan between July 2002 and December 2004, he led Afghanistan's attempted economic recovery until the Karzais stole all the money. .. Ahmadzai made no specific proposals and indicated government forces wouldn't back away from the fight. However, by candlelight every wench is handsome... his mention of the Taliban by name marked a departure from his usual public references to them as "political opponents."
"Peace is our highest priority. We invite the political opposition, particularly the Taliban, to join and enter Afghan dialogue, and ask all of our international partners to support an Afghan-led and Afghan-owned grinding of the peace processor," Ghani Ahmadzai said.
"We must not and will not permit groups pursuing grand illusions to use our country as the battleground or launching-pad against the international system," he added. It wasn't immediately clear if there was any particular significance in Ghani Ahmadzai's reference to the Taliban by name, beyond the fact he was speaking to an international audience on his first state visit abroad.
Ghani Ahmadzai's attitude toward the Taliban has been a departure from that of his predecessor, Hamid Maybe I'll join the Taliban Karzai ... A former Baltimore restaurateur, now 12th and current President of Afghanistan, displacing the legitimate president Rabbani in December 2004. He was installed as the dominant political figure after the removal of the Taliban regime in late 2001 in a vain attempt to put a Pashtun face on the successor state to the Taliban. After the 2004 presidential election, he was declared president regardless of what the actual vote count was. He won a second, even more dubious, five-year-term after the 2009 presidential election. His grip on reality has been slipping steadily since around 2007, probably from heavy drug use... , who habitually referred to the gunnies as his "brothers" and castigated the United States for its military presence in Afghanistan.
In response, the Taliban have intensified suicide kabooms, roadside kaboomings and rocket attacks in Kabul to give the impression that Ghani Ahmadzai's government can't protect the capital.

A former Chechen separatist official says he was abducted and tortured in France in August by men he believes to have been Russian security agents exacting revenge against him for accusing Putin of war crimes, according to a new report by Time magazine.
Time reported that the attack on Said-Emin Ibragimov in Strasbourg came only weeks after the former separatist communications minister sent a criminal complaint to the International Criminal Court accusing Putin of atrocities during the Second Chechen War. Ibragimov said he was released after being held captive and tortured for two days by men who spoke flawless Russian, with Moscow rather than Chechen accents.
French police are investigating the incident, one of several in recent years that have seen Chechen exiles and opponents of Chechen strongman Ramzan Kadyrov targeted in violent, often fatal, attacks across Europe and the Middle East.

Analysts say Ankara, having already won the US green light, plans to let the ISIL murderous Moslems seize Kobani, known in Arabic as Ain al-Arab.
Ankara says it fears that Kobani might be taken over by Syrian Kurds allied to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), a group that has been fighting for an autonomous Kurdish region in southeastern Turkey since the 1980s.

Top military leaders in the Pentagon and in the field are growing increasingly frustrated by the tight constraints the White House has placed on the plans to fight ISIS and train a new Syrian rebel army.
As the American-led battle against ISIS stretches into its fourth month, the generals and Pentagon officials leading the air campaign and preparing to train Syrian rebels are working under strict White House orders to keep the war contained within policy limits. The National Security Council has given precise instructions on which rebels can be engaged, who can be trained, and what exactly those fighters will do when they return to Syria. Most of the rebels to be trained by the U.S. will never be sent to fight against ISIS.

[DAWN] An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday sentenced Gullu Butt -- the infamous baton-wielding man caught vandalising property during violence in Model Town June 17 -- to 11 years in prison.
The court also enforced a fine of Rs100,000 on Butt.
Butt's counsel said they will appeal the decision in the Lahore High Court (LHC), adding that his client did not commit an offence calling for such severe punishment. "Eh, smash a few cars. No big thing..."
Earlier on Monday, Butt had apologised to the Pakistain Awami Tehrik (PAT) chief Tahirul Qadri ...Pak politician, and would-be dictator, founder and head of Tehreek-e-Minhajul Quran and Pakistain Awami Tehrik. He usually resides in Canada, but returns to Pakistain periodically to foam at the mouth and lead demonstrations. Depending on which way the wind's blowing, Qadri claims to be the author of Pak's blasphemy law. Other times he says it wasn't him... over his actions and later retracted his statements during a hearing in the court, claiming that he had never smashed any vehicles and that the police was lying about his involvement. "No, no! It wudn't me! Somebody else was using my mustache!"
Butt was indicted by an ATC on Sept 19 for his violent exhibition outside the Minhajul Koran Secretariat.
The car-smashing vandal was released from Camp Jail on Sept 26 after the Lahore High Court declared his detention illegal. He's one of Nawaz's bully boyz...
Speaking to news hounds, Butt had claimed his innocence and accused the police of spreading false propaganda campaign against him. He had also claimed that the baton presented in court did not belong to him. "Nope. Never laid eyes on it before!"
Butt's stance over the issue has not been consistent. In an exclusive interview with DawnNews, Butt had narrated his version of events, saying he was ashamed of his past and regretted his actions. "So get me off, okay?"
"I am apologising to the entire nation. I am neither a criminal nor a criminal's offspring. I am willing to fall in Allama Qadri's feet to ask for his forgiveness," he had said. "Whatever I have done is in front of the media ... I am ashamed of that, and ask the entire nation to forgive me."

[Iran Press TV] More than 170,000 people have been forced out of their homes in Pakistain's northwestern tribal regions due to a fresh army offensive against pro-Talibs.
"Since October 13, 171,559 people have moved from Khyber to Beautiful Downtown Peshawar ...capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (formerly known as the North-West Frontier Province), administrative and economic hub for the Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan. He added that a small proportion of the displaced people have been selected to reside at government-run camps, while the majority of the refugees are staying with their relatives.
Earlier this month, the Pak military launched an operation in the mountainous and troubled Khyber Agency, where turbans are said to have holed up in remote hideouts.
In June, at least 800,000 people left their homes in the crisis-hit North Wazoo after the army launched a full-scale offensive dubbed Zarb-e Azb, or "The Strike of the Prophet's Sword," against Lion of Islams.
Refugees from North Waziristan poured into the city of Bannu, located some 240 kilometers (150 miles) north of the capital, Islamabad, and other neighboring regions. The mass exodus resulted in overcrowding, scarcity of food as well as high rents.
On October 29, the Mighty Pak Armyfront man, Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa, said the months-long battle against Death Eaters in North Waziristan has been a success, as the Lion of Islamcorpse count in the region hit 1,100.

"This will offer the opportunity to the other tribes to join the fighters against Daesh (ISIL)," he said.
On Thursday the bodies of at least 220 men from the Albu Nimr tribe, who had been seized by the ISIL days earlier, were found in two mass graves.
The Albu Nimr tribe has been resisting against the ISIL invasion since early October.
The ISIL bandidosbandidos murderous Moslems have been committing terrible atrocities in Iraq and Syria, including mass executions and beheading of local residents as well as foreign nationals.
According to a report by the UN Security Council, thousands of foreign bandidosbandidos murderous Moslems from 80 countries have flocked to Syria and Iraq to fight alongside the ISIL or other such groups.

The top US diplomat on Friday talked with Netanyahu over the issue, according to the Israeli media.
On Tuesday, a senior B.O. regime official described Netanyahu as a "chickenshit," expressing the US president's frustration with the Israeli leader.
"The thing about Bibi [Netanyahu] is, he's a chickenshit," the official told US magazine the Atlantic when asked about the foreign leader who seems to frustrate Barack Obama teachable moment... the most.
The apology came one day after Kerry condemned the remarks by the anonymous White House official.
"We condemn anybody who uses language such as was used in this article," Kerry said during an appearance at the Atlantic's Ideas Forum on Thursday. "It is disgraceful, unacceptable, damaging."
"I have never heard that word around me in the White House. I don't know who these anonymous people are who keep getting quoted, but they make life much more difficult," Kerry said.
On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest dismissed the comments.
"Those comments do not reflect the United States' position, and they do not reflect the personal views of the president of the United States," Earnest said.

[Ynet] Iraqi peshmerga fighters began entering the Syrian border town of Kobani Friday night where they were expected to join the battle against Islamist Death Eaters besieging the town, activists said.
The Britannia-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and Kobani-based activist Mustafa Bani said 10 vehicles carrying Iraqi peshmerga fighters and their weapons have entered the town. They said the Iraqi Kurdish force entered from an area west of the town near the strategic Tel Shair hill.
The Observatory and Bali said it was not immediately clear how many peshmerga fighters of the force of 150 have entered Kobani.

Pershmerga forces over in Iraq claim to have recaptured 40 villages in the Mosul area from ISIS. With Pershmerga armed with heavy weapons they hope to assist YPG and YPJ do the same in the Kobane, Syria area.
