New Emails: Lois Lerner Referred to Conservatives as '***holes' and 'Terrorists'
[CNSNEWS] A newly discovered email exchange from Lois Lerner
...the former head of the IRS Exempt Unit. She is a past president of the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws and a member of the Massachussetts bar. She was held in contempt of Congress for her role in the IRS targeting of regime political enemies and refusing to testify. The dog ate her computer's hard drive with all her emails on it...
's official IRS email account "directly demonstrates Ms. Lerner's deep animus towards conservatives, which she refers to as '---holes,'" House Boodle Central Chair Dave Camp wrote in a letter to Attorney General Eric Inaction Jackson Holder
... aka Mister Fast and Furious...
on Wednesday.

In that Nov. 9, 2012 email, Lerner further suggests that conservatives will ruin the country: "So we don't need to worry about alien teRrorists (sic). It's our own crazies that will take us down," she wrote.

Camp (R-Mich.) told Holder the email "shows that Ms. Lerner's mistreatment of conservative groups was driven by her personal hostility toward conservatives."

Camp said he also has discovered that Lerner used her personal email to conduct official business, including confidential tax return information, and he once again urged the Justice Department to ramp up its investigation:

"While the Committee has not seen any evidence of a serious investigation by your Department, it is my sincere hope that in light of this new, strong evidence that you immediately begin aggressively investigating this matter or appoint a special counsel."

Camp warned that failure to do so "will only further erode public trust" in the Internal Revenue Service and the Justice Department.

Ways and Means is one of three congressional committees investigating the way the IRS, during Lerner's tenure, handled groups seeking tax-exempt status. The IRS admits that conservative groups were singled out for inappropriate scrutiny and delay before the 2012 election.

-Short Attention Span Theater-
Champ to GOP: Just stop hating all the time.
[Politico] President Barack Obama had some blistering words for congressional Republicans during a speech Wednesday in Kansas City, saying they need to stop "hating all the time."

"We could do so much more if Congress would just come on and help out a little bit," Obama said. "Stop being mad all the time. Stop just hating all the time. Let's get some work done together."

The president's speech to a crowd of 1,500 at Kansas City's Uptown Theater comes on the day that the House is set to vote on whether they will be moving forward in a lawsuit against Obama.

"Now everybody knows this is a political stunt," Obama said of the lawsuit, "but it's worse than that because every vote they're taking like that means a vote they're not taking to help you. And by the way, you know who is paying for this suit they are going to file? You!"
Beyond political rhetoric, this type of behavior simply happens a bit too often with our Champ. I suspect he's dealing with some very serious emotional wounds. Feelings of rejection, failure, loneliness, gender conflict, something is going on here.

-Land of the Free
Lefty Billionares Use Environmentalism to Control Economy and Subvert Democracy
The ultimate recipients of donations from the Billionaire's Club work in tandem with wealthy donors to maximize the value of their tax deductible donations and leverage their combined resources to influence elections and policy outcomes. Often, they lobby on behalf of the EPA and advance policy positions important to the agency, which is statutorily prohibited from lobbying on its own behalf. But most importantly, they serve as the face of the environmental movement and present themselves as non-partisan benevolent charities to a public not aware of the secretive backroom deals and transfers.

This report proves that the Obama EPA has been deliberately staffed at the highest levels with far-left environmental activists who have worked hand-in-glove with their former colleagues. The green-revolving door at EPA has become a valuable asset for the far-left and their wealthy donors. In addition to providing insider access to important policy decisions, it appears activists now at EPA also funnel government money through grants to their former employers and colleagues. The report tracks the amount of government aid doled out to activist groups and details a troubling disregard for ethics by certain high powered officials.

Hillary Clinton: Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 shoot-down was "terrorism"
[CBSNEWS] Hillary Clinton
... sometimes described as The Heroine of Tuzla and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Edward Stettinius, Jr. ...
labeled the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 over Eastern Ukraine a "form of terrorism" in an interview that aired Tuesday, condemning Russia for aiding the separatists who are accused of taking down the plane.

"They were equipped by the Russians. They were trained by the Russians. There may have even been Russians on the ground with them and the result was this horrible attack," Clinton told Fusion during a wide-ranging interview. "And yes, it is a form of terrorism...When you have armed hard boys, aided and abetted by a major country like Russia, able to use surface-to-air missiles to bring down a commercial airline."

Congresswoman who co-sponsored Bush impeachment bill said Democrats never tried to impeach Bush
'She misspoke,' said a spokesman for Texas Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee
She sure is misunderstood a lot.
During a floor speech on Wednesday night, Texas Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee voiced her opposition to the House Republican lawsuit against President Barack Obama and said that Democrats had never moved to impeach former President George W. Bush when he was in office.

"A historical fact that President Bush pushed this nation into a war that had little to do with apprehending terrorists," Jackson Lee said. "We did not seek an impeachment of President Bush, because as an executive, he had his authority. President Obama has the authority."

It's an odd thing for Jackson Lee to say, because it was just six years ago that she helped lead a movement to impeach Bush by co-sponsoring a bill accusing him of high crimes and misdemeanors.

"She misspoke," Jackson Lee's spokesman Mike McQuerry told Yahoo News on Thursday morning. He declined to elaborate on what she meant to say.

Some members of the GOP conference have stoked talk of impeachment, but House Speaker John Boehner has said there are no plans to pursue it. However, last night the House approved a lawsuit against the president, voting 225-201 to force him to carry out provisions in the 2010 health care law that his administration has postponed. Democrats say Republicans are using it merely as an election-year political ploy, because they know an impeachment effort would not succeed.

Despite Democratic protests on the House floor, however, party lawmakers seem downright gleeful about the exercise after fundraising successfully from the lawsuit and talk of impeachment.

This Multi-Million Dollar Scandal Is So Big That It Could Destroy The Clintons For Good
In total, the Washington Examiner indicated that Clinton delivered 215 speeches abroad, taking in a staggering $48 million during his wife's term as secretary of state.

#8  No big deal. It all came from the U.S. taxpayers, anyway. Look -
Mr. Clinton’s speeches included appearances in China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Central America, Europe, Turkey, Thailand, Taiwan, India and the Cayman Islands

None of those third-world toilets, (with the possible exception of Europe), have that kind of money without American foreign aid. So we taxpayers send it to India and they turn right around and send it back, via the Clintons.

A couple of weeks before the election, we'll probably 'discover' that Hilly gave it all back to charities in the third-world toilets.

Alison Lundergan Grimes: Iron Dome Helps Israel Defend Against Terrorists In Tunnels
Kentucky Democratic Senate candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes drew attention Tuesday with a remark about Israel's famed air defense system known as the Iron Dome.

Asked about the missile system at a rally in front of her new headquarters in Fayette County, Grimes had this to say, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader:

"Obviously, Israel is one of our strongest allies in the Middle East, and she has the right to defend herself," Grimes said. "But the loss of life, especially the innocent civilians in Gaza, is a tragedy. The Iron Dome has been a big reason why Israel has been able to withstand the terrorists that have tried to tunnel their way in.

"My hope is that a cease-fire can be structured. Ultimately, I think the long-term solution though is not one we can impose. It has to come from within. It's a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine."

The current Kentucky secretary of state delivered an answer largely in line with the Obama administration on the latest conflict in the Middle East; she defended Israel's right to defend itself and mourned the tremendous loss of life in Gaza.

But her description of the Iron Dome system drew criticism from Republicans, including those at the National Republican Senatorial Committee who argued Grimes wasn't ready for prime time.

"Frankly it's embarrassing that a Senate candidate would say this," NRSC press secretary Brook Hougesen said. "Alison Lundergan Grimes is now a year into her candidacy and is still fundamentally unprepared to answer basic questions and has failed to provide any sort of substantive policy plan."

The Iron Dome system operates in the air, intercepting rockets fired by Hamas using ground-to-air missiles. It does not defend Israel from Hamas-built underground tunnels, the destruction of which Israel has cited as a reason for its latest campaign into Gaza.

In a statement passed along by her campaign on Wednesday, Grimes clarified that the Iron Dome allows Israel to focus its military resources against the threat of tunnels.

#1  Maybe Alison can help Hamas with the next tunnel - she's pretty good at digging...

Rep Barbara Lee (D-Cal): I am ashamed of America over illegals
No problem, flights are leaving hourly. Buy a ticket and be one !

#1  I'm ashamed of America over illegals, too. We should be a nation of laws that has them go through a legal process.

#2  Following the obvious WH memo, the CBC is on the warpath for the Champ this week. The majority of them are pounding the drums over the impeachment that will never happen.

#3  As Congressional Representatives Barbara Lee and John Boehner prepare to take leave with their families today, the following families are requesting the Boehner meet them via an open letter to Boehner. Now, lets define SHAME:

Other signers include Laura and George Wilkerson, whose son Josh was brutally murdered by a DREAMer illegal alien, Jamiel Shaw whose son Jamiel Shaw, Jr., was murdered by illegal alien gang members in Los Angeles, Don Rosenberg, whose son Drew was killed in a car accident by a Honduran man in the U.S. on temporary protective status but driving without a license, and Carrie and Lou Ruiz, whose daughter was stabbed over 39 times by an illegal alien from Venezuela. The illegal alien remains free to this day—a story that True Crime will air later this year.
Juan Benavides, whose brother Jesse was murdered in 2011 by an illegal alien authorities had previously released after rape charges weeks earlier, signed the letter, as did Kisha Lambert, whose daughter Shatavia Anderson was murdered in 2010 by a 22-year-old illegal alien who was previously deported twice and an 18-year-old legal immigrant from Honduras.
Jim Binger, whose 16-year-old daughter Brittany was allegedly raped and murdered in 2005 by a deaf-mute illegal alien who has had trouble for years standing trial because he couldn’t assist in his own defense but will finally face trial later this year, signed the letter too, as did Maureen Maloney whose son Matthew Denice of Milford, Massachusetts, was killed in a hit-and-run accident by a drunken illegal alien who dragged his body for a quarter mile down the street after striking Denice’s motorcycle.
So did Brian McCann, whose brother Denny was murdered in a drunk driving hit-and-run by another illegal alien, as did Carol Vizzi, whose son Justin Goodman was killed in a hit-and-run by an illegal alien who fled the scene, having previously been previously arrested multiple times but never deported. Joining them also in demanding the Speaker stand up for Americans over illegal aliens is Mary Ann Mendoza, whose son Sgt. Brandon Mendoza of the Mesa Police Department in Arizona was killed in a fatal car crash earlier in 2014—the driver of the other car was an illegal alien. Ms. Mendoza has also written to President Obama saying her son’s life was “stolen.”

Do they plan to meet these families on their break?

#4  Unfortunately, we're way beyond it. Letters and e-mail to these people are a gross waste of time, postage, and printer ink.

#5  It's not like there's rampant unemployment among low skilled blacks already in this country. It's not like California has to wrestle in its budget and thus the size of the slice of pie for welfare support while adding millions more to its rolls. Someone has to give up something. Guess who that someone is going to be. Betray your own constituency.

#9  Since a large number of African Americans oppose the illegal immigration wave I suspect this is an attempt to put out a few talking points and hope to convince them to return to the plantation.

#11  The Illegals are, obviously, uneducated and not in contact with current events (not the, ahem, best, brightest and only needing a US address to bring them to their highest potential, as some would have you believe).

How else can we attribute their continued inflow in spite of the absolutely stunning clownshow we have running our country?

Sessions: 'We Cannot Allow Executive Orders to...Eradicate Plain Law'
[CNSNEWS] Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) took to the Senate floor Wednesday to blast the president's reported plan to use his executive authority to provide amnesty to undocumented Democrats by scaling back deportations and granting them work permits, saying Congress must not allow the president use executive actions that eradicate "plain law."

"This Congress needs to speak. We cannot allow executive orders to be issued by a president that eradicates plain law. To do so is wrong. The American people are watching this. They are not going to be happy that this Congress didn't take action, and expressions of concerns among senators really are not enough," said Sessions.

#1  No - this Congress needs to cut the Federal budget in half and not fold like a cheap fucking tent like they always do every goddamn time. Resist!

Otherwise you might as well get put the Burger King crown on Obama and make it official.

#2  I'm fed up with both parties; the Pubs less than the Donks. Many of the Donks ought to be serving time. Voters are faced with voting for the evil of two lessers.

#3  They only let us vote because they stack the ballot with safe bets.
There is no substantive difference between the two parties anymore.

#4  Executive Orders, politicizing the courts, and giving Congress a stake in the action have eradicated the rule of law already.
