Mark Levin: Hillary uranium scandal BIGGER than any of her other crimes
[The Right Scoop] Mark Levin says that Hillary Clinton's uranium scandal is much bigger than Whitewater or Hillary's email gate or any of her other crimes and unethical behaviors, plus Levin's opening segment where he explained the scandal in much more detail than you've probably heard.

#1  Doesn't matter. Is there a law against being elected and serving from prison? And I doubt she'll be convicted of anything, anyway. They are just trying to get the bad news out early, so it's got time to be old news.

#2  She didn't split the take with Obama?

#3  @#2: She probably did at the rate of 30% (3/5 of 1/2).

#4  Not enough people will care, because Free Shit.

And Free Shit is all that matters to at least 47% of the voters.

Nor do I. If anything, a pardon for unspecified 'errors or irregularities' prior to the Champ leaving office. This would cut the trail of anything leading back to him, or certainly inhibit the hunt. They [the Beast and the BJ] will escape justice, just like they have for decades.

Eight more years of a Clinton in the White House is indeed a sobering thought however. Perhaps the Almighty will intervene in our behalf.

#11  I don't see any regime, current or future, prosecuting the Clintons. And that's based on, oh, almost a century of history.

Government
The Hildebeest v. the Oxpeckers: Dead Candidate Walking
[PJMedia] That the Hillary! candidacy is doomed is now a foregone conclusion. Madame Defarge has no aptitude for the job, only a taste for it, and a venomous certainty that it is somehow rightfully hers. But when you've lost Jon Chait:

The qualities of an effective presidency do not seem to transfer onto a post-presidency. Jimmy Carter was an ineffective president who became an exemplary post-president. Bill Clinton appears to be the reverse. All sorts of unproven worst-case-scenario questions float around the web of connections between Bill's private work, Hillary Clinton's public role as secretary of State, the Clintons' quasi-public charity, and Hillary's noncompliant email system. But the best-case scenario is bad enough: The Clintons have been disorganized and greedy.

The news today about the Clintons all fleshes out, in one way or another, their lack of interest in policing serious conflict-of-interest problems that arise in their overlapping roles:

There follows a list of the various Clinton disasters we have lovingly been chronicling here for weeks now. Still, it's instructive that the default mode on the Left is to attribute to "disorganization," "greed" and "sloppiness" (hello, Sandy Berger!) what is almost certainly outright and overt criminal behavior, undertaken in the belief that no one would ever be held accountable.

#1  Ok, so I'm nuts.... but is this actually a strategy? Will the democratic 'presumptive candidate' hold on through the hale of scandal and legal process and then exit the race via a medical 'back door' in the Spring of 2016 ?

Will an empty democratic field present an opportunity for a Federal judge directed, 22nd Amendment set-aside and presidential election postponement? Will a Democratic Convention demand the nomination of Obama for a third term? Will Warren step forward as an Obama third-term running mate ?

What is it that we see taking place here ?

#2  What is it that we see taking place here ?

Stupid people who had things their own way way too long?
Posted by: g(r)omgoru || 04/25/2015 3:42 Comments || Top||

#3  The long and short of it is that the publicly funded and those who are plugged in through lobbying bribes and rent-seeking regulatory environments are uncaring about the crimes that any Democrat commits. They will vote for and campaign for them because there is a quid pro quo wherein the recipients of government largesse get protection for their magic income stream in exchange for loyalty regardless of the misdemeanors and felonies that the Democrat might commit.

It is less about stupidity than it is about vulgar greed. We shall now see if that's all there is in the party or if the Warren/O'Malley wing of ideologues really is more than just a small voice amongst greed head thugs.

#4  Do you get the feeling the Clintons are as dirty as a pig sty? And they will never come clean? And that they will never get prosecuted for their criminal misdeeds?

I read and hear lefties who probably watch and read only MSM tripe and know nothing of the Clinton's misdeeds. They are still supporters of Hillary because they are uninformed (or just don't care).
Posted by: JohnQC || 04/25/2015 11:10 Comments || Top||

#5  The fact that the scandals are getting traction in the MSM is probably nothing to celebrate. She is being thrown off the back of the bus because the MSM doesn't want her for president. But that is mainly because they want someone younger, more photogenic, more electable, and, most importantly, someone much further left wing.

They don't dislike her because she is corrupt, and incompetent, and stupid, but because she is too far to the right, and because she looks old and tired, and is starting to look like a liability in 2016 rather than an asset.

They want another Obama: young, energetic, pretty, with no trailing scandals, and much further to the left ideologically.

That.

#8  @#1: Although we got a "Clintonectomy" in 2001, it appears that a significant portion the American electorate may be in the mood for a second go-'round - absolutely astonishing, and a bait-and-switch would not be beyond the possible.

"May you live in interesting times."
