Pakistan rejects remarks attributed to PM Abbasi regarding Kabul attack

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Pak government has rejected remarks attributed to Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi regarding the deadly attack in Kabul which left more than 150 dead late in May.

The Prime Minister House of Pakistain in a statement said "The remarks are simply baseless and have no reference to discussions with any media person."

The statement further added that the relevant print media should carefully review the contents of discussions before reporting.

Speaking to Financial Times earlier PM Abbasi had said at least three to four people had crossed the border and a vehicle was taken to Kabul for the attack.

The Pak Prime Minister further added that he does not all the details but confirmed that the vehicle was parked in an embassy compound before it exploded on 31st May.

bully boyz has so far grabbed credit behind the attack but the Afghan officials are saying that the Haqqani terrorist network based in Pakistain plotted and carried out the attack although the leader of the network in a voice message said today that the group has no role in the incident.
