The Office of the President, ARG Palace, in a statement, said President Ghani promises Dire Revenge for the blood of the citizens of the country as he strongly condemns the killing of the civilians in Ghor province.

The statement further added that the terror groups and the enemies of the Afghan people have conducted several attacks on peaceful demonstrations, sacred religious places, religious mourners, and passengers during the recent months.

It also added that the such crimes will further thicken the criminal cases of the criminals who will one day appear in court and respond to the Afgan people.

Provincial governor Mohammad Nasir Khazi said the women and kiddies were also among those killed by the loyalists of the terrorist group.

He said ISIS loyalists kidnapped and killed the civilians after one of their commanders was killed during a shootout which erupted as the terror group fighters were attempting to take cattles of the local resident with them.

There are still conflicting reports regarding the number of casualties of the incident as the provincial governor’s front man say at least 33 people were killed.
