FBI Now Investigating Hillary's State Department For Corruption
2016-02-12
[Daily Caller] he FBI is investigating whether Hillary Clinton's State Department improperly directed contracts to Clinton Foundation donors, in possible violation of public corruption laws, Fox News is reporting.

Three sources confirmed the previously-unknown investigation angle to Fox reporters Catherine Herridge and Pamela Browne.

"The agents are investigating the possible intersection of Clinton Foundation donations, the dispensation of State Department contracts and whether regular processes were followed," one law enforcement source told Fox.

Examples abound of Clinton's State Department opening doors for Clinton Foundation donors, as well as to the then-secretary of state's friends and political allies.

#4  This is how it will unravel for the Beast. I suspect the FBI has significant resources dedicated to this investigation. The wheels of justice turn slow but when it comes to public corruption - the wheels grind to a find dust. Still have to get by the numerous DOJ gatekeepers though.

#3  Even though the FBI is under the executive branch and technically reports to the AG, the president has very little actual control of the FBI.

#2  If the former Secretary of State should be elected to the White House, the majority-Republican Congress will continue these investigations throughout her tenure, even if the FBI is ordered to desist.

#1  This is so exciting. I can't wait to see the movie. Maybe with a car chase at the end. A convertible flying into a canyon, the protagonists fading in a slow-mo dive, the final explosion never seen, but inevitable.
