Sessions: 'We Cannot Allow Executive Orders to...Eradicate Plain Law'
2014-07-31
[CNSNEWS] Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) took to the Senate floor Wednesday to blast the president's reported plan to use his executive authority to provide amnesty to undocumented Democrats by scaling back deportations and granting them work permits, saying Congress must not allow the president use executive actions that eradicate "plain law."

"This Congress needs to speak. We cannot allow executive orders to be issued by a president that eradicates plain law. To do so is wrong. The American people are watching this. They are not going to be happy that this Congress didn't take action, and expressions of concerns among senators really are not enough," said Sessions.

#4  Executive Orders, politicizing the courts, and giving Congress a stake in the action have eradicated the rule of law already.

#3  They only let us vote because they stack the ballot with safe bets.
There is no substantive difference between the two parties anymore.

#2  I'm fed up with both parties; the Pubs less than the Donks. Many of the Donks ought to be serving time. Voters are faced with voting for the evil of two lessers.

#1  No - this Congress needs to cut the Federal budget in half and not fold like a cheap fucking tent like they always do every goddamn time. Resist!

Otherwise you might as well get put the Burger King crown on Obama and make it official.
