Biden's handlers will be panicking that 81 year-old president finally agreed to debate with Trump
2024-04-27
[MAIL] Political analysts say Joe Biden's handlers will be panicking after the 81-year-old president agreed to debate Donald Trump in the run up to November's presidential election in what appeared to be an unplanned comment.

Speaking during a softball interview with Howard Stern on Friday morning, Biden said he is 'happy' to take the stage to debate his 77-year-old rival.

It quickly led several Republican accounts mocking Biden's decision and that it was beyond his 'handler's control'.

'Crooked Joe Biden says he's 'happy to debate' President Trump. His handlers must be furious,' RNC Research, an account managed by the Republican National Committee tweeted.

#8  Stop looking to media people for the truth. Stern, Bweck, Carlson. All money chasing stooges.

The last one I had any respect for was Tom Snyder.

#7  Stern. I don't remember any middle ground on whether people like him or not.

To see someone so spicy turn into vanilla pudding is disappointing. Perfect 'interviewer' I guess.

And of all the shock entertainers of that era to survive, ugh. Worse, if he came up today, he would get the Cancel Culture treatment. Awful times.

Dammmit! Bill Hicks was supposed to be a stand up philosphofer, not a futurist!

#5  Where is the "we hate Republicans" women's group that grifts off debates?

#4  Biden's team may make outrageous demands for the conditions of the debate and then back out saying the sides couldn't agree.

#3  Howard Stern was always an azzhole. Anyone who ever looked up to him is an azzhole also.

#2  That is, showing how pathetic one must make themself in order to be accepted.

#1  There was a time, youngsters, when Howard Stern would rage against the machine instead of hiding in his basement and being a face for politicians. That he was selected to play softball with Brandon shows the fall.

And you iconoclasts thinking that is a high-five moment, you would be wrong.
