#3  I saw recently that when AI goes live it could consume up to 25% of the power grid in the US.
In one new condo, 5 over 2 or 3 construction. If all EVs are plugged in at night, the garage will consume more power than all the condos above combined. First project I’ve seen with a EV service in every stall.
