#5  Those are the files they found. Maybe the ones the Dems wanted to be found. The rest of the important files were deleted by Hillary - wiped with a cloth.

From a Jan 6th Political Prisoner legal stand point.

When Government officials and/or Government Representatives restrict, toss out, or hide evidence from defendants, it is grounds for immediate appeal due to malicious prosecution.

The guilty parties, would be open to a number of various criminal felony charges and indictments, civil lawsuits and more. All due their hiding, deleting and or tampering with possible defensive evidence.
