| #5 Re #2: As I understand the Geneva Convention, it is a war crime to use human shields, to place weapons in hospitals, schools and mosques. If an attacker attacks these people/sites, it is not the attacker who is the war criminal. It is the side that used human shields, etc. |

| #2 So they don't only know that they are bombing civilians, but they know exactly *who* they a retargeting? Do they or do they not realize that this removes the last legal fig leaf of "it wasn't a war crime because there was no intent"? My guess is that the left hand isn't talking to the right hand.Some JAG needs to light a fire under Mossad and tell them to stop these calls immediately. |
