| #1 I doubt it. The Fed is doing it for their banker buddies. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is in the hole for billions of dollars, and soon those will get even worse when refinanced at higher interest rates. Fed Chairman Powell has publicly stated that government spending is "unsustainable", a bit of a slam (but it's not like the Biden Administration is the first administration to spend like drunken sailors). |
