[Regnum] Law enforcement authorities detained the leader and members of a gang involved in the murder of an adviser to the Minister of Railways in 2002. This was stated by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk.
According to Volk, the detainees were members of a criminal group that committed crimes in Moscow, the Moscow and Kaluga regions, as well as in the Krasnoyarsk Territory from 1998 to the present day.

According to law enforcement agencies, members of the group are accused of the kidnapping and murder of the owner of a commercial company and his accountant in 2002, the attempted murder of a State Duma consultant in 2003, as well as other murders committed between 2002 and 2004.

As IA Regnum reported , on October 17, in the Moscow region, law enforcement officers detained crime boss Vitaly Ramensky (according to documents - Vitaly Toake), whom they consider a member of the Ramensky organized criminal community, led by a thief in law nicknamed Shishkan.
According to the agency's source, a 32-year-old man was detained in an apartment in Zhukovsky near Moscow. A criminal case was opened against him for occupying a higher position in the criminal hierarchy.
Since 2017, Vitaly Toake has been a member of the Ramenskoye organized crime community, headed by Shishkan. During his three-year stay in the pre-trial detention center, Shishkan appointed him as a representative who has the right to make decisions on behalf of the leader of the underworld.
