| #2 As long as they do it in a completely authentic manner. No power equipment, modern survival gear, radios, etc. Coast Guard to butt out as regards to life vests. |

| #1 IIRC they're allowed two per year and they hunt in the 'traditional' manner. Something to do with 'treaties' made with tribal nations. |
