| Trump suggests he'll do trade deal with TALIBAN if he's re-elected in 2024 to regain control of Bagram Airfield to keep an eye on China |

| [MAIL] Donald Trump has suggested he will do a trade deal with the Taliban if he is re-elected as president in 2024. Speaking to a crowd in Fort Dodge, Iowa, on Saturday, the former president said he'd do so in order to regain control of Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan and monitor China. The United States left the military facility on July 2, 2021 before American troops fully withdrew from the country weeks later on August 30. But former president Trump hit out at the decision to hand control of Bagram Airfield to Afghan forces in a campaign rally in Fort Dodge, Iowa on Saturday. The 77-year-old claimed the base is located an hour away from where China makes its nuclear missiles and said it is now occupied by them. He told the crowd he wanted to get Bagram Airfield back as part of a trade deal with Afghanistan. |
