[Korrespondent] There is an advance of the Defense Forces in the Tauride direction
Artillery units of the Ukrainian troops completed 1,198 fire missions over the past 24 hours.
The Ukrainian defense forces advanced in the Tauride direction. This was announced on Tuesday, October 3, by the Commander of the operational-strategic group of troops of Tavria, Alexander Tarnavsky, in Telegram.
He reported that Ukrainian artillery units carried out 1,198 fire missions during the day.
Russian losses over the past 24 hours amounted to 261 people, in particular, 10 occupiers surrendered.
Also, 20 units of Russian military equipment were destroyed: one tank, two armored fighting vehicles, seven artillery systems, five units of automobile and five special equipment of the invaders, and eight enemy ammunition depots were destroyed.
Let us recall that since the beginning of the war, the total combat losses of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine, approximately, amounted to 279,440 people. Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have liquidated 360 invaders.
