| Gaza balloons blamed as southern forest catches fire |

| [IsraelTimes] KKL-JNF says two fires have broken out in the Be’eri forest near the border with the Gaza Strip, apparently resulting from incendiary balloons floated into Israel from the Strip. Firefighters are working to put out the blazes, KKL says. The airborne arson attacks come a day after Israel shelled Hamas posts in Gaza in response to balloons and rioting along the border. |
