As a result of the assault actions, the Defense Forces of Ukraine have partial success in the districts of Klishchiivka of the Donetsk region and Robotyny of the Zaporizhzhia region, dislodge the enemy from the occupied positions and secure themselves at the achieved boundaries.
This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the day, the Air Force of the Defense Forces carried out eight strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel and military equipment. Units of the missile forces hit two artillery pieces, an ammunition warehouse, a control post and an anti-aircraft missile complex of the Russians.
More than 20 combat clashes took place at the front. In total, the enemy launched three missile and 25 air strikes, fired 36 salvo rockets at the positions of our troops and populated areas.
The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.
The situation at the front as of 18:00 on September 12 is as follows:
on the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly;
in Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi , the enemy carried out airstrikes in the Popivka, Stepok, Myropillya, Grabovskyi districts of the Sumy region. More than 20 settlements, including Gremyach, Kamin of Chernihiv region, Stepne, Popivka, Grabovske, Velyka Pisarivka of Sumy region and Kozacha Lopan, Gatyshche, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Odradne of Kharkiv region, were hit by artillery and mortar attacks;
on Kupyansk, the enemy carried out an air strike in the Kislivka area of ​​the Kharkiv region. The settlements of Dvorichna, Berestov, Sinkivka, Kislivka of the Kharkiv region were affected by artillery and mortar shelling;
Nadiya, Dibrova of Luhansk region and Spirne of Donetsk region were hit by airstrikes in Lymanskyi . More than 10 settlements were affected by artillery and mortar shelling, among them Bilogorivka of Luhansk region and Verkhnokamianske, Spirne of Donetsk region;
on Bakhmutsky Defense forces successfully hold back the enemy in the Orikhovo-Vasylivka area of ​​the Donetsk region. Klishchiivka, North of Donetsk region, was hit by airstrikes. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, New York of the Donetsk region;
in Avdiivskyi, our defenders successfully repelled about 10 enemy attacks in the Avdiivka district of the Donetsk region. Novokalynov, Stepove, Avdiivka, Severna, Tonenka of the Donetsk region were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling;
on Maryinka during the day, our soldiers neutralized more than 10 enemy attacks in the Maryinka area. About 10 settlements, including Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Georgiivka, Pobyeda, and Novomykhailivka of the Donetsk region, were hit by enemy artillery and mortar attacks;
on Shakhtarsky, all enemy attacks in the Novomykhailivka area were successfully repulsed. About 10 settlements, including Vugledar, Prechistivka, Zolota Niva, and Urozhane of the Donetsk region, were hit by artillery and mortar shelling;
in Zaporizhzhia, our soldiers repelled enemy attacks in the area south of Novodarivka, Zaporizhzhia region. The enemy launched an airstrike near Robotiny, Zaporizhzhia region. 15 settlements, including Malynivka, Chervone, Gulyaipole, Charivne, Robotine, Kamianske of the Zaporizhzhia region, were hit by artillery and mortar attacks;
in Kherson , the enemy carried out an airstrike in the Odradokamyanka area of ​​the Kherson region. Antonivka, Kherson, Bilozerka of the Kherson region were subjected to artillery and mortar attacks.
The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, offensive (assault) actions in the Bakhmut direction, destroy the enemy and step by step liberate the occupied territories.
We will remind you that in the temporarily occupied Tokmak of the Zaporizhzhia region, the Russians are installing more anti-tank hedgehogs, checkpoints and defensive structures. They also record an increase in the number of personnel and military equipment of Russians in the city and district against the background of the offensive of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
In addition, due to significant losses, the Russians plan to mobilize up to 700,000 people. Forced mobilization will be carried out in Russia and in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
