#13  Did they do the walk-by at the inbrief of the skinny little Mojave green

Yeah, I was the smart ass that said, "Oh... ain't he a little cutie?"

Did push ups for 2 minute on the hot hardball. Ow.

#12  ...with his Brooks Brothers suit

I worked with a guy like that at State Street Bank back in 1987, my first job out of college and recently transplanted from the ever lovin' confines of Manchester, NH. That guy was just as stiff and boring as Jawn F'n Kerry. A bunch of us were talking about music / bands (I'm heavy metal to the core) and this human penguin mentions Neil Diamond as his favorite. Some men you just can't reach.

I did pick up a snazzy '80's fashion statement from him and started wearing suspenders, or as he called them, braces. Just like Gordon Gekko, without the two-toned shirts.

#9  So we are being now told the US WEATHER EXPERTS have been feeding us mis-information for 110 years. Why should we trust this data then?

#8  Have we considered re-naming it to something more temperate?

Did they do the walk-by at the inbrief of the skinny little Mojave green, the Mohave rattlesnake (Crotalus scutulatus) is the most venomous snake found on the monument. The venom, potent in neurotoxins that attack the nervous system and hemotoxins that attack the blood should make this snake high on anyone's list to avoid.

#6  Still remember my Ft. Irwin in briefing.

"As for the heat, it is only 120F in the shade. Bad news is, there is no shade. Welcome to Ft. Irwin!"

And yes, MOPP-4 sucks in Death Valley. Don't fuck with the ants either. They are endangered apparently.

#5  The vultures are asking people to not eat peanuts before attending the event as some of them are allergic.

#4  I think John Kerry should be dropped off in the middle of Death Valley with his Brooks Brothers suit, a bottle of Heinz Ketchup and to make it interesting a map of Iran.

#3  The hottest temperature in the history of mankind was set in the morning of 16 August, 1983, at Fort Irwin, CA, inside my M-60A3RISE, A-11 when we went to actual MOPP-4 for about 5 minutes!

#2  The undisputed record is 130 from two years ago. The current forecast is for 131. Yawn.
