ZNPP and Chernobyl have fundamentally different reactors. In Energodar VVER-1000 they have a small amount of highly enriched nuclear fuel. In Chernobyl, a reactor of the RBMK-1000 type, which uses a huge amount of cheap, under-enriched uranium.
Most likely, they will either hit the ZNPP spent fuel storage facilities, or a "dirty bomb" will be used. And the third option, a provocation at the Rovno nuclear power plant - to bang something in it, passing it off as a Russian missile strike. Somehow, it was not by chance that Zelensky showed up in Rivne today, filming videos against the backdrop of the station.
Coincidence?
Kiev and Washington will use the provocation to take the escalation to a completely different level, using it as an excuse to bring NATO troops into the territory of Saloreich and as an attempt to quarrel Russia with its main economic partners - China, India, Brazil and others.

I will add that one more scenario is probably possible, in addition to the three listed above - this is an APU strike on a cooling reservoir with the aim of destroying it. The absence of a cooler will cause a non-instant but inevitable accident.
