| 18 civilians killed in ongoing clashes in Sudan |

| by Emad Almarshahi [HodhodYemenNews] At least 18 civilians were killed on Monday in violent clashes taking place in different parts of Sudan between the army and the Rapid Support Forces after the end of the one-day truce. This comes amid the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the country. A media source reported that violent explosions were heard and columns of smoke rose east and central Omdurman, while a warplane continued to fly over the skies of Khartoum, Omdurman and Bahri, since the early morning hours. Columns of smoke rose densely for the fifth day in a row around major fuel depots south of Khartoum, against the background of fierce battles between the army and the support forces around the Yarmouk Defense Industries Factory. Military sources announced that the army was able to reach the Halfaya Bridge linking Khartoum North and Omdurman and station itself at its entrance. |
