#22  That is already being litigated. Belishi would have pulled that stunt first if that option was available back in the day.

#19  This idea that everybody has to get their own Magic Ponyâ„¢ because it is their Rightsâ„¢ is starting to get tedious.

What if you had a trainee that was so obese they couldn't wear proper (Personal Protective Equipment)? In this case the OSHA approved commercially available 'non-slip rubber boots' (which the Company provided gratis) in a wet vault milk cooler were way, way too small so they substituted store bought rubber galoshes and said it was 'all good' ...because he was on the DEI checklist. I was afraid that he would slip and break something or have a stress coronary, but was overruled ...because DEI.

Some time later amusingly enough the HR Department had a line worker apply for an open secretarial position according to Established Company Policyâ„¢. They blackballed him because it was an 'all girl shop' ...but that is different you see.

#18  We could use a counter-petition to either keep fat slobs from this so-called "human right" or they can pay for two seats and be done with it.

#10  The words "expert" and "human right" are becoming signals that I really shouldn't read any further.

#9  I hate these people who cover their selfishness by calling the people who notice, selfish.

She's wanting to rent the cargo capacity of three people for the price of one. At the same time, preventing two other people from making their trip.

#8  What if the really hefty ones were allowed in cargo?

The thing with cargo, is that whatever air is in there is what you have for the flight. So pack enough of these whales in there, you just need to worry about disposal upon arrival.

#5  What if the really hefty ones were allowed in cargo? Sort of a win for everybody. They can ride the little elevator chute thing instead of having to struggle down the too skinny aisle.

#2  Interesting example of this issue is the case of the 'all you can eat' buffet

Plus size people are heavily (pun intended) subsidized in that case.
