"Today at 18:10 an employee of PMC Wagner tried to deliver Yevgeny Prigozhin's letter to the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergei Kuzhugetovich Shoigu through the courier postal service on Frunzenskaya Embankment (6 Central Department of the FSP).
The acceptance of the letter was refused, due to the personal order of Shoigu and the proceedings after the acceptance of previous letters.
