#1  Apparent CPD Dilemma: Black Gang Members killed by probable Black Gang Members, witnesses Black Gang Members and wanna be family, motives - turf and/or drugs/or initiation/or meth high/or disrespectful looking.

Facts Bearing on the Problem: Homicide caseload-massive, local DA utterly unsupported and outright hostile to white officers, jury pool anti-cop, CPD Command Staff and Mayor-gutless cowards when it's your back!

Apparent CPD Solution: Make sure you go home at end of watch, take copious notes and CSI photos, and never, ever forget Derek Chauvin trial as you do your 20, or early retirement if its possible and move back to the actual United States.
Sadly, it stopped being "One Adam-12 see the man..." a long time ago.
