| [Gateway] The likelihood of FOX News winning a case with Dominion was better than 50% says Harvard professor Alan Dershowitz. Attorney and Harvard Professor Alan Dershowitz was on Lindell TV last night with Brannon Howse to discuss the FOX News and Dominion settlement that was announced this week. FOX News agreed to pay Dominion Voting Machines $787 million in a settlement. This astronomical amount was shocking to all who read about it. | #6 Settlement/payoff is a reasonable theory. Another is that Fox looked at the judge and potential jury and decided they were going to lose. Hard to tell without more data but something is hinky. Inquiring minds want to know! |

| #5 I think the problem for Fox was that they didn't always weasel during reports, e.g., 'we have an allegation that...'. There were probably some very nasty things said that Fox didn't want to come out during trial, e.g., "I don't care if it is true or not, I want this on the air NOW" |
