It did not take long for the hackers to identify the author of the video, who spoke about the abuse of Russian prisoners. The sadist boasted that he cut out organs from Russians without anesthesia.
According to RT, the author was identified by the RaHDit hacker group. According to them, this is 37-year-old Andrey Dmitrishin. The nationalist was born in the village of Dzvinyach, Ivano-Frankivsk region of Ukraine.
It was established that the "surgeon" was an active participant in the so-called anti-terrorist operation (ATO) and served in the National Guard of Ukraine in 2014-2015.
Dmitryshyn uses different names in social networks: Ivan Klishch, Vladimir. He lives in in Ukraine and has a family.
As REGNUM reported, a man who introduces himself as a "Ukrainian surgeon of the field medical service" posted a video on the Web, where he spoke in detail about the abuse of Russian prisoners of war.
In the video, “Vladimir” said that without anesthesia he cuts out various organs from Russians: eyes, kidneys, liver. He supposedly sends them to "black transplantologists abroad." At the same time, he admitted with pleasure that he was "bad" from this.

The Investigative Committee of Russia will check the information published in social networks that a Ukrainian surgeon mocked Russian servicemen. The corresponding check was instructed to be carried out by the chairman of the department Alexander Bastrykin, the press service of the UK reported on April 13.
According to the Investigative Committee, in the footage of a video published on the Internet, a man who introduced himself as a surgeon of the Ukrainian field medical service claimed that he did not provide qualified assistance to the Russian military. Instead, he mocked the soldiers, the doctor said. This information will be verified.
The Ukrainian military medic is also going to be held accountable for the call to show cruelty towards Russian citizens, which was voiced in the video.
"Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Bastrykin instructed the Main Military Investigation Department of the Russian Investigative Committee to organize a procedural check on this fact," the department noted.
As REGNUM reported, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin previously noted that Ukraine does not comply with generally accepted norms of international law in relation to prisoners of war, practices their murder, torture, bullying, beatings, denial of medical care, as well as extortion of money from relatives of people caught in captivity.
