| #4 USSR days 4000 mixed per year. Production today 1200-1500 per year. They never stopped development of new technologies. Many in USA still think Russia is the old USSR. Under Putin they have moved on. Ukraine is a perfect example of a failed Western strategy. |

| #3 Tank, trained crew, logistics/maintainers to keep it running ...and officers/doctrine to keep from wasting it. Not an easy to fill order. My takeaway from the video is that the Russians have enough "spare tanks" to refit (or cannibalize for parts) to last through the 2023 Campaign Season. |

| #2 I could be wrong but I understood a tank requires a trained crew in order to actually be useful in a war. I don't think Russia had many of those at the start of the war, they have fewer now, so unless we're talking bout selling the tanks hat were destroyed enmass the question is pointless. |
