But the Taliban is sinking time, effort, and $$$$ into trills. While 100's of 1,000's starve and forage for their next meal?

Then we have to ask why nation after nation is claiming to pump $$ Billions of Rescue & Aid money into this 4th world country, or is it their pockets?
