| #1 I thought the plan was for the Russians to ship all the oil that Europe needed at discounted rates. Sounds like instead there is less oil now available to the West so other oil producers will jack up their prices due to demand. Be a shame if third parties were to sheep dip Russian products just to increase their margins |
