Putin on mobilization.
1. At the moment, there are no factors requiring a new wave of mobilization. So while the continuation of partial mobilization can not be expected (in the next month for sure)
2. Putin keeps the situation with the supply of the mobilized under control. The most pressing issues that were revealed during partial mobilization were removed.
PS. There are still complaints about the supply, but they really have become much less than in October or November. But as they say, there is room for improvement.
