Why Russia's Hypersonic Missiles Can't Be Seen on Radar
2022-11-03
[Military] The missile flies with an advanced fuel that the Russians say gives it a range of up to 1,000 kilometers. And it's so fast that the air pressure in front of the weapon forms a plasma cloud as it moves, absorbing radio waves and making it practically invisible to active radar systems.

I became curious by looking at another source saying that hypersonics "cannot" be detected by radar. Found this article in attempting to verify. Looks (practically) legit.

#4  I bet the Chinese ones fly backwards. They were engineered that way.

#3  My guess would be that they can't fly.

#2  Only China is working on hypersonic heat seeking tech.
