| [Twitter] General Staff: Ukraine pushes Russians out of Charivne, Chkalove settlements in Kherson Oblast. The General Staff reported that Russian forces continue to leave the occupied parts of Kherson Oblast, adding that looting and robbery have become more frequent. Due to news blackout, it is difficult to know what is happening in Kherson battle. However, the Ukrainians are 20 km from Berislav and Nova Khakhova where the Russians are already evacuating officers and medical personnel. They now control a direct road (T-22-07) to Berislav w/o any natural barriers in between. All farmland. Russians from Mylove to Berislav running out of time to evacuate or get trapped in pocket against Dnipro river. Unconfirmed reports that Ukrainians also control Mylove, including a cryptic map 2 days ago from Georgian legion. Ukrainians took out a newly constructed barge bridge next to Antonovsky Bridge. The Russians can leave, but their heavy equipment stays behind. Also attacked barge ferries after curfew hours. One attack killed a prominent Kremlin propagandist. |
