#1  I look at the pictures of the conscript bunks and mess and am reminded of the NYC tent city.

Certainly housing for masses, but I wonder if NYC isn't preparing for post-midterm unrest so the NG isn't sleeping in parking garages again. The tents have the look of long term 'residency' and a protected locale that can be resupplied via waterway.
